Groundworks Names Matt Gaither Vice President of Growth Marketing
Virginia Beach, October 13, 2021 – Groundworks®, the nation’s leading foundation solutions company, today announced the appointment of Matt Gaither as Vice President of Growth Marketing. Gaither joins Groundworks from Google where he was responsible for leading marketing growth campaigns for home and consumer services clients like RotoRooter, Brinks, and Pella Windows. Gaither’s proven record of driving overall sales growth, with experience in top-level selling, campaign execution, and back-end analysis, will support Groundworks as they continue to expand their operations nationwide.

Gaither brings more than 10 years of experience utilizing data and insights for strategic collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns. In his most recent role at Google, Gaither led the global partnership with Cisco Systems Group, where his team helped streamline and evolve marketing for a complex network of services and brands at scale.

Gaither earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame. In his spare time, Gaither volunteers with Braven, an organization that provides promising young people career readiness advice and mentorship on their path to graduation.
