TJ Lintz Appointed Senior Vice President of Learning & Organizational Development at Groundworks
Virginia Beach, October 25, 2021 – Groundworks®, the nation’s leading foundation solutions company, named TJ Lintz, Senior Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development. With over 16 years of sales and talent development experience with Hilti North America, Lintz will lead the development and execution of training curriculum for more than 3,500 Groundworks team members across the country.

Lintz brings with him a range of experience leading sales, talent development and business strategy for Hilti North America, most recently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the organization. In his time at Hilti, Lintz led the redesign of the company’s leadership academy, standardizing basic training and creating career development and new hire on-boarding programs.

Lintz earned his Master’s degree and Doctorate of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as an advisory board member for Interstory, a community of learning and development managers and corporate social responsibility professionals who support each other in creating, leading, and managing high-impact programs. Lintz also recently served on the Board of Advisors for Oklahoma’s, Street School, a non-profit alternative education and counseling program for dropout prevention and intervention.
