After living in our home 30+ years, we pulled a bush and all its roots and then had a torrential rain creating a perfect storm that created a large enough hole which filled our void space under our porch with water and then came into our house. Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.

When everything goes right, it’s easy to get 5/5 stars. But the place really proves itself when things start rocky. I would give 6 stars specifically to the management team, if I could. We just finished the job of leveling and resealing our concrete pool deck. The result is even better than I dared to imagine. NICK and his crew did an outstanding job and cared for every detail. Extremely happy with our pick and based on the interaction so far I KNOW that if something comes up down the line, they will not let me down. Engage with confidence, whatever they charge, they are worth it.
