On this most recent service call, our technician ,Mike, arrived early and was professional and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. He thanked us for our military service and graciously applied a discount to help reduce our out of pocket expenses for the repairs. From the very beginning when Cole met with us to talk about our options, he was very friendly, spoke plainly in a way we could understand, and was genuinely looking out for our best interest. I contacted Cole frequently throughout the whole process with questions or concerns, and he would contact me back quickly and was always able to help me. Cole made the project go smoothly from beginning to end. They did great work in our basement. Nate, the foreman, communicated well with us when questions arose and listened to our thoughts and concerns. We would highly recommend Foundation Recovery.

I had a very positive experience with Foundation Recovery Systems. Foundation repair is a big investment and can cause anxiety, but Stephen, Camden and Dawson make it a doable worthwhile adventure. Stephen helps set up financial means, assesses the problems, and rolls up his sleeves to make it work. Camden and Dawson do the heavy lifting and explain everything along the way. They are a great team! They never leave you hanging: they respond to calls right away, answer all questions, and reassure anxious home owners. They were able to stay within the original price estimate. I really love these guys!

We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

This crew was punctual and went to work and stayed working until they quit 8 or more hours later. John, Wyatt, Adam and Austin were courteous and attentive to keeping our cats in the house. Their work is good and the walls are straight. The basement is cleaner than it was when they began.

Encapsulation was not an easy decision to make. It comes with a large price tag, and fear of not getting the results you are wanting. My wife and I pulled the trigger and hired AFS. Now that the job is complete I feel it was a good decision! Christian S, Dylan M, Connor W, and Sam R, did a fantastic job! My crawl space is a unique maze that isn't a standard job for these guys. They did run into some issues with the footers of my foundation, and it was looking like it was going to be very costly to add additional equipment. I declined the options presented to me and the crew figured out alternatives that I was satisfied with! The end result is I have a crawl space that looks like a sterile environment that a surgeon would approve of! Thank you Christian and crew! I'm sure glad I had you guys doing the job!
