We recently asked Groundworks to look at the water seepage issue which had developed in our basement. Christopher George met with us and recommended that we have a basement waterproofing/drainage system installed and also lift several sections of our driveway which were sloping toward the house. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced and we felt his analysis of the issues and solutions provided were exactly what was needed. Rene and his team installed the waterproofing/drainage system and did an outstanding job. The team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in one day. They were also very careful to keep the mess to a minimum. Ivan handled the concrete leveling of several sections of our driveway and, again, did an outstanding job. Every person with Groundworks with whom we had contact was very helpful and courteous. Dave A.

Clem, Garrett, & Nick arrived in the time stated. Clem explained the process, discussed what they hoped to do & finished paperwork right away. The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly! They cleaned up, poured cement, (let me put in our initials) 🙂 & headed back to Colorado Springs in one day. They were courteous, attentive and a pleasure to work with through out the day. Thank you! I want to give a huge shoutout to Groundworks for coming out to my house and leveling my garage floor, drive way and side walk with the firms Poly process. It looks great and I appreciate that the two guys that were in charge and did all the work was Zech & Jose were awesome! Also, I wanna give a special shout out to West Foreman, Chase, who looks like Travis Kelce, and the third guy that I can’t remember his name, but did a great job on the structural part to lift my foundation that did a great job. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention what a great initial sales job and inspection and just all around was there during the whole process with Codi Martin. Rick was the best! I have had 3 different companies come out for my foundation and none of them took the time to actually crawl in and look at the area of concern. It was not an easy crawl, but Rick was able to see that the job wouldn’t be impossible (like the other 3 companies said it was). Groundworks, you are lucky to have Rick. He had informed me that what was my issues and how could I have someone repair them or repair them myself.
