We just had the pool deck lifted and stabilized at Mariner Village of Martin County condo. Association. Everyone at Alfa Foundations from my original contact with David Suarez and further negotiations with JakeTaddeo and a revisit with John Barnholdt was exemplary professional and informative. I was especially impressed by the quality of the two technicians, Anthony and George who actually performed the work. Not only were they very articulate in explaining the process, but they were proficient in the way they did their job and left everything clean and tidy upon completion. Great job guys. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations and their staff for any of your needs.

We just bought a house and literally every single metal pier in the crawlspace was rusted out. Bay Are Underpinning came in and did an awesome job. Their inspector Aaron was super thorough in assessing the damage and explained everything in detail. Then, the repair crew of Eric, Jesus, and Andrew came in and knocked out the entire job in a day — a huge relief considering we had a ton of other work we need to get done before moving in. The work is not cheap, but they offer financing options and stand by their work, so I feel very good about the entire job.

Luis went above and beyond to explain about the work being done and what each installed feature did. He was very helpful in explaining how to take care of the french drain, sup pump, and wall braces going forward. 5 out of 5 stars!

We called Mount Valley Foundation Services to request an inspection of our subfloor & floor joists due to cracked kitchen tiles & bouncy floor in an adjacent room. Glenn Joyner came out to do the inspection, and we were very impressed with his knowledge, experience, & friendly demeanor. He did a thorough inspection, showed us photos, & said our house was structurally sound, but bouncy floors were due to the long room having 40 yr. old floor joists that were sagging from age & prior moisture issues that existed before our crawl space was encapsulated 17 yrs. ago. He detailed how Mount Valley could raise the joists to permanently resolve the bounce, & the price to do so. We were forthright about needing to save for expense of raising the floor joists, & he offered us the option of using their financing plan, but was understanding when we said we had to make a plan & a timetable before moving forward. Our plan will include using Mount Valley when ready to proceed with repairs.

JES came in to waterproof my basement, which is a huge job, as they had to put a drain around the full perimeter of my basement and install a vapor barrier in a fully finished basement. This was after I had visible mold. The person who came in for the quote, Brendan, didn't try to sell me a whole bunch of extra stuff, told me straight up how it works, what they were going to do, and did so in a timely manner. He was very helpful with all my questions and woes. The crew that came out, the foreman Abdul, co-foreman Joseph, and installer Nilton were all professional and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I knew there was mold still in the wall, so they took the whole wall down; most companies would not do that, nor would they put the steps back, which they did the best they could, which I was very happy about, because there was mold hiding all the way up the wall behind some of the studs. They worked with all my needs, scheduled the job, and completed the job to my satisfaction over about a two-week period. Most other companies were 6 weeks out to schedule a job. They did all of this, pulled permits, and had it inspected for a better or same price than two other direct competitors.

Alex Campbell and Frank Bauman did a great job executing the work and explaining outcome prospects and potentials for success with poly-expansion material for my driveway. I had three zones in the driveway that had sunk, two areas came out beautiful! The third area did improve, however could not be raised appropriately or lifted likely due to unbeknownst subterrain cavities beneath the concrete. Certainly no fault or wrongdoing from Alex or Frank. Alex and Frank truly work together well, are very thoughtful, and aim to ensure the customer is satisfied. Wish the third zone just hadn't been so troublesome.
