Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated

We had Josh Eaton, Chris Horton, and Lane McFarland working on our foundation and we had a very great experience. They worked for 3 1/2 days and were very professional. We had no cosmetic damage, we feel our experience was great. They did everything they could. Professional as well!

They also take the time to explain what the problem is and why they're proposing a specific solution which is not something you normally get. Obviously I did not want a leaky basement but was impressed with Groundworks throughout the entire process.

Foundation repair installed jacks under my house last year and every part of the process has been great. Mike, who did the initial visit and assessment, Blake and his crew who did installation, and Jeremy who did the first year follow up- have all been knowledgeable, professional, and given really excellent customer service. The most recent follow up with Jeremy was especially helpful, he answered all of my questions and took the time to go through options with me to better protect my foundation. That time and thoroughness makes me have a lot of trust and appreciation for this business.

The technicians from DryPro Charlotte, Jonathan, Marco, and Josiah, did an excellent job with the installation of drain lune, sump pump, dehumidifier, and complete insulation in the crawlspace of my house. They were knowledgeable and explained how the system works. I would recommend both DryPro and these technicians to anyone seeking crawlspace waterproofing.
