We had OBA lift our concrete home entrance pad and connected walkway. Over the years this had become a safety hazard. The work was done as agreed too: curing the hazard and improving the look of the walkway. The OBA project team, Ryan an Bryan, were excellent to work with. They explained what they were going to do and kept us informed periodically as they progressed. We are pleased with the results.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with contractors, start to finish. Our basement was flooding during every heavy rain. We called a few companies and settled on Mount Valley for their reviews and response. They came out, quoted us a great price for a lot of work, and a few weeks later showed up to do it. Upon arrival, the site supervisor noticed that the layout we'd drawn up might not work with the water issues we were having. He made the change on site, got everything where it needed to be, and was out on time. The work ended up being less, and Mount Valley submitted a change order to actually give me my savings. John, Jeremy, Desmond, and Marty were all excellent communicators, diligent workers, and I couldn't be happier. Truly a pleasure of an experience. I wish Mount Valley could do my electrical and plumbing work next.

Baker’s Waterproofing provided us with an excellent experience. From the initial sales meeting to closing out the job; it really was great. Our interior french drain and sump pump was needed and Baker’s delivered 10 Fold! Tyler our Salesman was knowledgeable and let us know all the perks of going with Baker’s. The installation crew (Eric O, Westley P, and Micheal R) were professionals as well. They answered all my questions, in detail, and made sure the jobsite was looking better then when they arrived. Job took two days and was well worth it. Thank you!

My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. So thankful to be worry-free! A+++++++

Cj was so great. We've been without hot water for a little over a month and had scheduled a appointment for today at 10am Cj called at 8 to let us know that his 9am appointment had canceled so he could come earlier than anticipated which was great he came around 8:50 was very friendly told me how much it would be to get the job done and was here about 45 minutes and job was complete. Oh and the young lady that scheduled the appointment was amazing I believe her name was Angel you all really exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be a returning customer. Rana from FSM came out today to look at a preexisting encapsulation installation that had issues with molding. She has a wonderful personality. She was able to explain the problem, recommend a solution (while being honest) and give me a estimate on how much to fix it. Love being able to schedule appointment online. They confirmed with you before they came out, texted when they arrived and texted when they left. Definitely would recommend Rana and FSM if you have a crawl space in need of help.
