Our experience with IBA was fantastic from beginning to end. We discovered some pretty bad foundation damage in our garage and IBA had someone out the next day. Michael Kurr was our estimator – he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was happening and what could be done. When the team showed up 6 weeks later, they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. Nick Swanson and Devon Alexander were our main team, and they always stopped to take the time and explain everything to us in a patient manner, despite fighting constant flooding in our dig. I was very impressed with how they were able to execute the plan exactly as stated, despite multiple setbacks from Mother Nature. Very impressed with these guys. I really hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call 🙂

I started with Matt to get some help if I had foundation issues because of water problems. After an intensive check at the point of worries, he assured me it was not a foundation issue, but eroding landscaping. He noticed a uneven concrete issue at the front of the house. Baker's from the time I signed the contract for the work until the scheduled day kept in contact with me about everything being on schedule. The day of the work Alex and Donte showed up at the time they told me. Alex told me everything they were going to do and when he would need me. Everything was done he show me the problems areas and how he was going to fix them. I was impressed with how they cleaned up the area after completion. At all times they were very polite and did not let the very hot weather infer with a job well done. Thank you all involve at Baker's. A. R.
