Had a great outcome on the finished product. Ty did an amazing job of identifying the issues and addressing them in a professional manner. He treated us with respect and really felt he listened to us. Leonard was involved from the beginning of the job till the end and did a great job of explaining the work he was doing and answered all of our questions in detail so we understood what to expect. Anthony and Ghaven did a wonderful job finishing up and cleaning everything up. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend Innovative Basement to anyone.

This company came out quickly, assessed our site and provided a very affordable quote for us. Although there was some hiccups along the way once they started the project Groundworks management was able to step in, hear our concerns and helped us to communicate our concerns better with the crew. The crew onsite was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Walter, Owen and Fernando were all very polite, helpful and informative. Although after opening up our floor finding additional issues that could not have been predicted the Groundworks guys worked hard to help us find a solution. The timeline was even still met despite needing additional work done mid way they still managed to make it all work. I definitely recommend using Groundworks, and was super impressed with Paul the superintendent, he was excellent at listening and helping solve any problems right away. Despite this companies growing pains they did a fantastic job in the end and they work tirelessly to find solutions to unique challenges.

Extremely professional from initial contact to completed job. Hector was great explaining the process to us. We felt the price was very reasonable. Our service was quickly scheduled & Sam Martin showed up promptly to provide the service. Sam got right to work, providing our 'fix' and cleaned up as he went along. Michael Macdonald did a great job inspecting, mapping, photographing, and explaining what was going wrong and work needing to be done to correct the problem with my main beam. He was able to measure to determine if they would be able to do the work from the crawlspace or would have to go through a floor. Fortunately, they have enough access in the crawlspace. We were both very happy about that. He was personable, liked dogs, and had a good sense of humor. His explanations regarding warranties and rechecking alleviated my concerns going forward.

Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! It took 6 weeks to get the installation appointment (post hurricane) but we received texts periodically during that time confirming our appointment. Was nice to know we hadn’t been forgotten about! JACOB C and TERRENCE A did an exceptional job!!! They were on time, professional, polite, honest, knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Job was started on 12/23 and completed early the next morning on 12/24; you would have never known they were working just before Christmas – their attitude was GREAT! Restoworx did a fantastic job with mold remediation. JOHN D. did our inspection and walked us through the purchasing process. He was honest, professional and fantastic to work with! All in all – EVERYONE was great to work with. Our crawlspace looks amazing! I’m not afraid to go under the house any more. Professional, courteous and prompt. We will definitely call Tarheel for any future needs!!

The gaps we had in our ceiling and wall are completely closed up. Nick explained in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to stabilize the concrete deck. He was very clear, very professional in how he delivered the information.
