Andre Williams from JES did a long-overdue and much needed inspection of my crawlspace upgrade done by JES. My crawlspace entrance is not very big and can be challenging. I do not feel comfortable attempting to crawl down there! He made sure that the sump pumps and air-handler were all plugged-in and operating—replacing the back-up battery, which was dead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient—I am so grateful to know that everything is working smoothly.

We recently asked Groundworks to look at the water seepage issue which had developed in our basement. Christopher George met with us and recommended that we have a basement waterproofing/drainage system installed and also lift several sections of our driveway which were sloping toward the house. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced and we felt his analysis of the issues and solutions provided were exactly what was needed. Rene and his team installed the waterproofing/drainage system and did an outstanding job. The team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in one day. They were also very careful to keep the mess to a minimum. Ivan handled the concrete leveling of several sections of our driveway and, again, did an outstanding job. From the initial meeting and assessment with Adrian to the install with Mark V, Danny, and Chris Garcia, FSS was professional, patient with questions, and great with communication. Mark, Danny, and Chris installed 15 piers in 1.5 days. They really took pride in doing good work and kept me informed on progress throughout the process.
