The three young men who performed our work were amazing. Hardworking, diligent, courteous and competent. The weather was snowy and very cold yet they persevered. They protected our home with walking material and were very careful. The bolts were completed very satisfactorily inside and out. They restored the dirt and grass so well. They removed all the work materials and extra dirt. They cleaned the basement so well and covered the epoxy to the color we wanted. We highly recommend Groundworks!

Jake and his team Ernest and Jaime did such an amazing and efficient job on our foundation repair! They were aware that our special needs son has asthma and they were very careful to try to mitigate the dust as much as possible and they worked so hard to get the job finished on time to try to reduce disruption to our home life, and they were actually able to finish the job early! They were all very respectful, and Jake kept us informed every step of the way during the repair. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. We obtained estimates from 3 different foundation companies and we are so grateful we chose Groundworks. We highly recommend Jake and his team!

From the moment I started talking with them it was clear that customer service and professionalism is their top priority. Kalen the project manager arrived right on time, and was incredibly thorough in inspecting my home and spending time with me to make sure I understood his findings. Often when I’ve had basic assessments it’s with an estimator who will have no connection to the work, and I value the fact that Groundworks sends the person who would manage a possible project for the initial inspection. I highly recommend them!

Luis, Ramon, & Kevaughn showed up at my home at the appointed time, Luis walked me through the process they were going to do and went to work. They were very trustworthy and friendly, explaining what they accomplished each day and what the next day was about. Mike Gold at Groundworks called to let me know he was on his way to do an annual maintenance inspection on my sump pump. When he arrived on time , He helped answer questions I had about repairs on my driveway and took a look at the the creepy crawlspace in my basement and recommended a fix for water infiltration. He took the time to explain processes, which I appreciated. He was very personable, friendly and professional. I was very favorably impressed and have scheduled 2 projects with the company. Groundworks sent an excellent crew headed by Gabriel Amaya with Juan, Mauro and John. Their first action was to ensure the work area of the basement would be dust free by enclosing the area with plastic. They were familiar with the bentonite clay soils below and had proper equipment to install new pile foundations and the two columns for support of the upper floor. I was impressed with Groundworks' versatility in handling the adverse soil conditions and their neat work habits.

I had Groundworks complete 2 different services for my current residence. I recently purchased a house and noticed some cracks in the walls and a couple cracks in the foundation wall in the lower level of my home. I decided to call Groundworks to come asses the situation and give me some options. After the initial consult with Kenneth to my relief the foundation wasn't in bad shape but the exterior perimeter on the slab was sinking. He suggested for a sump to be put in and polyjacking on the lower slab. The price was affordable as well. The first crew who came out was for the sump pump to be installed. The foreman was Jeremy Elston, and the two other employees were Demetrius and Edwin. Jeremy was polite and communication was good. The other two were polite as well and they all worked diligently to get the job done, and they were very clean and used plastic to cover the floors. Altogether the install went well and looked professional. The crew that came out the second day to do the polyjacking were Ryan Langston as the foreman and Andrew Lester to help. Ryan was friendly and informative and did a great job lifting the exterior and stabilizing the slab. They also left my house clean. It was a good experience altogether between the 2 crews. I would recommend this company they have great warranties that come with their services as well and they are fairly priced and have given me piece of mind that my foundation problems will be minimal after their installs.
