He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but the work was top quality and totally worth it. The financing made it easy, too. Brandon was very informative and explained everything thoroughly during the estimate, he communicated through out and even answered a couple phone calls and text messages while he was out of town. The crew – John was the foreman and was super helpful. Called/texted each morning before they showed up, was professional and upbeat. This is not an easy job and they all were very professional. Would happily pay them for any future properties I may have. Sure fire example of, you pay for what you get. Professional, courteous, upbeat and communication was perfect. Thanks guys!

The workers on Team One were (Elyas V., David L., Grabril, S. and Darrell, J were so polite and explained every process in their repair. Team Two workers consist of Mark, W. Gael, S., and Chris C. I received a briefing from them every morning and they would call us again before lunch and the last briefing was at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to every and anyone who are in need of foundation repair. The workers take their job serious and they aim to do a great job every time.
