We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

I was extremely happy with the work. My garage slab had cracked and dropped over an inch at one end leaving a big gap under the garage door. When they came to survey, they caught 2 other voids under the whole front edge and at tge other corner. This was during the winter. Once the ground warmed up, they arrived on the scheduled day, about an hour early! The whole job only took about 45 min. Brandon and Marc were friendly and professional and piped in exactly enough foam to raise the slab level. I was impressed with their finesse. Nothing wasted, they left my garage clean and looking great.

We have a long horizontal crack on one side of our external wall. Although I had serious concern there is a foundation issue, Micheal Silva from Bay Area Underpinning came in and did thorough inspection with detail measurements and drawing and concluded that we don't have a foundation issue with great honesty. He also further inspected from the crawspace entrance and the stucco to let me know what's the potential issue outside the foundation concern. His professionalism, diligence, honesty, patience and extra step to help in figuring out the problem are truly appreciated.

I won't bore you with my lengthy story but I will tell you that Nick, Jake, Charles, Alberto and Toby made me wish I could clone them and put them to work with all of the other companies we do business with. If you are having foundation issues, or you're not sure what kind of issues and just need help figuring THAT out… Call Alpha. I dealt with three other companies and couldn't be more pleased that we chose Alpha and if we have ANY project they handle, we will not waste our time by calling other companies. Their prices were in line with everyone else but the service we received? I don't believe we would have gotten the same level as we did from Alpha.

Foundation repair installed jacks under my house last year and every part of the process has been great. Mike, who did the initial visit and assessment, Blake and his crew who did installation, and Jeremy who did the first year follow up- have all been knowledgeable, professional, and given really excellent customer service. The most recent follow up with Jeremy was especially helpful, he answered all of my questions and took the time to go through options with me to better protect my foundation. That time and thoroughness makes me have a lot of trust and appreciation for this business.

After doing some research online, I suspected there might be an issue with the foundation, so I reached out to Bay Area Underpinning, one of the few foundation companies that offer free on-site estimates. Jason Dye arrived right on time, carefully checked for any cracks, assessed the foundation levels, and measured the moisture level in the crawl space with their tools. He then provided his professional opinions. Jason is really nice, honest, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

After I consulted with another popular foundation repair company in town, I wanted to get another opinion. I then had Jan from Innovative Basement Authority came over. He looked around the house outside and inside for issues. He used a laser to measure my house for sedimentation. He observed to cracks and listened to my concerns. He took his time and spent an hour checking. When he was finished he gave me the best news! He cannot offer me a solution since he doesn't think my problem is the settling. He said just basically to fix the minor cosmetic issues that comes with the age of the house and observe. Thank you for your honesty and expertise. The world needs more people like you! I am so glad I don't need to tear up my house unnecessary!

We just had the pool deck lifted and stabilized at Mariner Village of Martin County condo. Association. Everyone at Alfa Foundations from my original contact with David Suarez and further negotiations with JakeTaddeo and a revisit with John Barnholdt was exemplary professional and informative. I was especially impressed by the quality of the two technicians, Anthony and George who actually performed the work. Not only were they very articulate in explaining the process, but they were proficient in the way they did their job and left everything clean and tidy upon completion. Great job guys. I had some settling issues with my foundation, and Jacob from FSS did a thorough evaluation of the problem. I had already had six different companies come by, so I was getting familiar with the routine. What impressed me about the FSS solution was that they could actually stabilize the foundation, putting it on piers that would not shift in the future, unlike the other companies. When the installation crew arrived (Thomas, Timothy and Kennen), they brought along some really impressive galvanized steel hardware. The installation crew was clean and very meticulous about the details, making sure everything was installed correctly. After the foundation was stabilized and leveled, another crew came to do a polyfoam injection under the foundation to fill the air gap left by leveling the foundation. This way the entire foundation is supported, and not resting just on the edges. Overall, I was very pleased with the work. They were certainly not the cheapest, but then, you often get what you pay for.

My wife and I live in Portage County Ohio and needed to replace our basement sump and pump. I turned to Ohio Basement Authority that we have used in the past for other issues and specifically wanted their rep Chris Schewell to come out and take care of the issue. Chris has been taking care of our basement for years. Chris took his time and explained everything that was causing our issues (specifically the original sump was installed incorrectly and whole list of other issues). So we had his team come out today and install a whole new system and we could not have been more pleased. They were on time, professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did an overall great job!! Major kudos to the Ohio Basement Authority! We had a sudden issue with the foundation, Adrian S came out and set things up for us, and the crew showed up really fast and did a magnificent job. Our crew Mike L, David L. Elyas L, Robert T, and Stafford C. could not have been better. We were facing a major structural issue with the house which could have resulted in untold damage. Thank goodness I found them, and made the call. Adrian really walked my wife through each and every part of the process which helped a great deal in her understanding of the need for the work. They explained every single step of the process as they did it, they worked with us to minimize the disruption. They showed us what they were doing, and actually found another issue which could have been a major subsidence for which we are exceptionally thankful. While any foundation issue is a panic situation they were able to really put my wife's mind at ease, they raised my daughters room over an inch, and the garage over 2 and stopped the cracking dead in its tracks. The doors now shut properly, and the job was as neat as possible, and they cleaned up very well afterwards which was nice. The moved the downspouts away from the house to perfect locations and set the pop valves well so I do not have to worry about the mower. They also were very careful and did not damage any of the tie rods on the porch which was very thoughtful. If you live in the South Texas and Cibolo area, and don't call these guys you are making a bad mistake. Yes, it is expensive, but they made the process transparent, and easy. If I could give them SIX stars I would do so. I just feel sorry for the pouring rain and humidity that they had to suffer through.

I want to thank JES Foundation Repair for the great job that they did in leveling the steps and walkway at my home. Damien Files and Kavon Cunningham were my onsite technicians. They were friendly, professional and answered all my questions. They made sure that the front steps were properly leveled, that all voids under the pavement were filled and inserted backer rods and caulk between the stoop and the first step. We had a section of our driveway that had sunk due to soil erosion from water runoff. Michael Mullen from Alpha Foundations provided a prompt and correct estimate for the work after a thorough inspection and my appointment was scheduled for two weeks out from that date. Alpha called once during the wait period to verify everything was on schedule and then the day before the scheduled date to let me know which team members would be coming out. We had torrential rain the night before, but Brandon and Nick arrived on time the next morning and worked through the mild rain that was still falling to get the driveway leveled back out. The Alpha team performed beyond expectations throughout the entire process from quoting and estimation to the actual work. Every single person I interacted with from Alpha was professional, courteous and communicative. They set an example of how contracting companies should handle customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work done and the 5-year warranty provided. I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

We had our crawlspace encapsulated by AquaGuard because of serious drainage issues 5 1/2 years ago. Everything went well at the time – they were courteous, responsive, and professional, and we were very happy with the work that was done. But what most people want to know when they pay for a big job like this is whether it’s going to hold up in the long run. Recently we’ve had to do some other unrelated work that has required multiple contractors to go into our crawlspace again. Every single one of them has commented on how great our crawlspace still looks. I think that really speaks volumes to the true quality of the work, that even after 5 1/2 years it still looks like it was done just a few months ago. We haven’t had a single drainage issue with our foundation since then, and if I ever need work like this done again, AquaGuard is the only company I would even consider calling.

On remediation day 1, Silvino contacted me regarding his arrival time. The excellent communication continued over the 2 days they were in my home.
