Ryan, the foreman, Alex, Nate and Nick are the epitome of professionalism! They went above and beyond what we expected of them. They arrived when they said they would and worked faster than expected! Shout at to the entire crew at AFS. From my inspector, Eric Knowlton, through the Production Manager, James Such, to my hands own crew lead by foreman Nikoli Elrod and his stud group of co-foreman and installers including: Christian Parrish, Edgar Perez and Clayton Cox. I just can't say enough good things about this project and the team that installed it. Our home had experienced differential settlement along the left rear corner, needed extensive stabilization of its floor framing, and had tons of both water and vapor reaping havoc in my crawlspace. The AFS team landed like the marines and just took care of business. They called every day before heading out, as well as activating an app that let me track their progress like a pizza delivery — just not used to that with home construction projects. They showed up on time and worked late and completed our projects ahead of schedule And most importantly, they did all of this while remaining amazingly kind and respectful. These are the sort of folks you want to work around your home. Thanks again to Nikoli and crew for a phenomenal job at our home! PS: Below is a picture of them taking the time to help me lift my pool table. Completely beyond the scope of their contracted work, but illustrative of their can do attitude:)

WOW! What a great company and what an awesome individual that came to my home to explain this whole process to me. Kuddo's to Parker! I had no idea how to go about getting some crawl space work done and actually googled (which I don't like to do!) and Groundworks is what came up. I made an appointment on line and the very next day I knew who my field inspector was going to be. Parker called to confirm, he than called the day of, just to make sure we were still good to go. He was punctual, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was so conscientious of me understanding what he was saying. I'm super excited to see the finished product, but wanted to give a big thanks even at this time. Parker has now become one of my peeps that I will totally recommend to others!

These people are very professional and thorough and pleasant to have around. Both Rob, who did the inspection and gave me the estimate, and the crew of Juan, Eric, and Derek arrived right on time or even a little early. They explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. They let me know when they expected to finish and provided photos and video of what they found under my house and the work that they did there They completed the work in only two days rather than they expected three days. They cleaned up after themselves to perfection. They took an interest in my house and in me. They even left some materials that they thought I might need in the future if I had further work done by other people I can’t think of anything that they could have done to improve my experience.

And then we had a terrific crew doing the installation of the piers. Our crew of John, CJ, and Romello were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, hard workers who cleaned up after each day. AFS is a straight-up company. From the initial inspection by Fred, to the work being completed by Dillon and his crew, I could not have expected a smoother process. The skills and professionalism of each was way beyond what was expected. Dillon explained each process in detail and answered any questions or concerns I had. The finished product resulted in a house that no longer have doors that stick when opening and closing or floors that creak when walking on them, and is once again level. The clean-up when finished was a plus. They seeded and put straw down in the yard wherever their machine had been or they had been working. I would highly recommend AFS for any foundation repair work someone may need. You will not be disappointed. Thank you AFS for a job well done Allen & Sheron McGill Alcoa, TN

Our house is 85 years old and has some cracking on the stucco, so I called for a free inspection to see if the problems were something we need to be concerned about. Daniel, our inspector, was prompt and friendly and explained everything he was doing and seeing as he took measurements and inspected the foundations. He said that while there are things we can do for earthquake retrofitting (and he did recommend a separate company for that if we wanted to do it) our problems were mostly cosmetic and nothing to worry about. He also took his measurements to be scanned in at his office and kept on file so that we can have him back out for another inspection in the future to compare, again, purely at our discretion. He was respectful, friendly, and straightforward and answered all of my questions. I'd definitely recommend them.

I contacted Groundworks after the first company I contacted ghosted me after they said my problem was too complicated for them. The gentleman who showed up was professional and braced me for the sticker shock at the price and handled my questions. The company stayed in touch, offered me sales, and when I was ready, got everything moving forward quickly. They handled everything, got my house back straight, with professionalism and respect- stopping their generator whenever I came around to check. Thankfully they offer financing, we’re so good about communicating and making sure I was happy with the work. I tried at least 5 other companies and Groundworks was the best- not the cheapest- but the most communicative and organized. Manuel and and Emil were both informed and patient with the process as it took longer than planned. I’m grateful to have had their help with my sinking house.

I engaged Foundation Recovery Systems to raise the sinking level of the main floor of my house when a trusted friend told me he'd had them do work for him and was very happy. I am also. The company asked that 90 minutes of my time be set aside for the exploration of the site. The representative who came was excellent in explaining the company philosophy and connections, and then went into the crawlspace to check the situation. He came up and outlined what had to be done, the duties of the three-person crew itself, the materials to be used, and drew a schematic of the placement of the jacks. He wrote the estimate, I approved and made a down payment, and a day later, he phoned to tell me the two consecutive days he estimated the job would take. The crew arrived on the dot, and were very respectful of my home as they went about their business. The steel jacks they used looked like they could do the job and last forever. The company warranty extends to the next purchaser. It is expensive; I did not bother to get another estimate, I was sold on their contract and the fact my friend (a lifetime of working in construction) vouched for them.

Fsm was really patient with me and very communicative. They got the job done in 2 and 1/2 days and it was a lot of work! There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!

A recent small earthquake caused enough of a shift to our driveway in Stillwater that, with help from the erosion underneath, it collapsed in the center. I was skeptical that it could be repaired and would be facing the cost of a whole new driveway. Not only did Joe Dawes and Chance Bender get the sunken portion lifted back up and fully supported underneath, but my drive looks better than it did before; most certainly raising my property value. I could not recommend the team at Groundworks OKC any higher.
