I am very pleased with the service that I received from A1 Plumbing’s service technician “Lee”. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a leak in my kitchen that was ruining several of the vinyl laminate floor planks. I needed to know where this leak was coming from. I had just replaced my refrigerator and dishwasher and had them professionally installed. He traced my water lines and found a slow leak in one of the water lines leading to an old kitchen heater. He explained to me what he could do to fix the problem and we scheduled a time for him to make the repairs. Repairs have been done and no more leak. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.

The work we had done was a couple months ago. We were happy with it then, but Josh B and Bailey L made us a promise that if we got my heavy hutch full of dishes moved then they would come back and do some readjusting. Well, we got it moved, and those guys came back on a Saturday in their personal vehicle without being on the clock and did exactly what they said they were going to do!!! In mine and my husband’s eyes that speaks volumes! We love AFS and we will absolutely use these guys in the future when we buy our new home if we need any sort of foundation or waterproofing! Thanks guys!

Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. I have been noticing cracks in the outside corners of my foundation walls. Contacted a foundation repair company for an opinion. The representative arrived, spent 15 minutes looking at the cracking corners and proceeded to explain what needed to be done to repair my failing foundation. He didn't ask to go inside to look at the basement walls and never once reached out to me (other than emailing his estimate for repair) after leaving. Today I met with Max Waller from your company! From the very beginning Max was amazing! He brought a laser level and showed me the slight changes in the foundation due to settling over time. He went inside to the basement and took additional measurements of changes to the walls. In total he spent close to 2.5 hours inspecting, measuring and answering my many questions. By the time he finished I had complete confidence that his assessment of my foundation was honest and accurate! I plan on having him back out for a follow up towards the end of the summer months. You have special team member in Max!!

I met with Hunter, a sale rrep, for Foundation Recovery System regarding foundation problems with my driveway. Hunter displays excellent customer service and patience. I was so impressed with his knowledge and how well he explained things because this was new to me. Hunter took his time to look at the cracks and how uneven my driveway was. It wasn't aesthetically pleasing to me, and Huntrer assured me that his company has strong track records of satisfied customers. He also took time to discuss the warranty and the backing of another company. I felt Hunter was very honest withI didn't feel any pressure Lastly, I was offered a couple of discounts and that was awesome! I'm so excited to have Foundation Recovery System repair my drywall that 's aesthetically pleasing to me! By the way, I would highly recommend Hunter and Foundation Recovery System! Thank you!

Note: HomeAdvisor did not have the correct category for the work done on my house, which has a raised/pier construction. So I have a complaint against Home Advisor. BUT?. Here?s the actual review for the work I had done: Alpha Foundation sent a two man team to level/add support jacks under the floor of my 1939 home. The jacks were placed in the crawl space. Tori and Darien were efficient and professional, not something easy to be when you?re crawling around in such a confined space. And Tori answered my many questions cheerfully and with lots of patience. Alpha Foundation is lucky to have these guys. I?m happy with their work. Now, Home Advisor, please fix your categories.

Marty came out to check my foundation. He did a thorough job, took pictures and measurements for now and any future problems. He gave me good news. I only need parging on the northwest side of my home due to natural aging. Marty was friendly, easy to talk with and very helpful. Groundworks can work on many problems. They won't take advantage and can give recommendations for small repairs to save you money. So, if you have a problem with your home, call Marty at Groundworks, Cherry Hill. You will be glad you did.
