He could have told me there was nothing he could do, or he could have tried to sell me a FRS solution that would be good for them but wouldn’t fix my problem. Wonderful competent work My foundation repair project with Alpha Foundations was huge. I was in a state of terror just thinking about it for months. And now, thanks to the caring and understanding and downright terrific skill of the Alpha Team, I am cool as a cucumber and ready to party! They did everything right from soup to nuts. Not one of my questions was stupid. I thank Tyler, Gregory, Kyle and his team, and Sam for my sweet house, and stable foundation again. We haven’t had our work completed so we will come back and address any concerns “if” we run into issues. What I can say is Doug Helfrich has really helped and educated us on the project we are taking underway. He came out quickly and was very prompt with a response/bid which was appreciated as we were under contract to sell the home. He even came out a second time when we wanted to get something else addressed as well. On a Sunday at that! He was very prompt with phone calls and text messages and while waiting for our project has kept in touch to keep us updated. My dad is a hvac guy and Doug reminds me so much of him. Educating us, taking the time for small talk, just letting us know it’s a not a huge project they could handle it and do it all the time. He made me feel like we were one of his kids the way he spoke with us and has taken care of us. We hope the install process goes as smoothly as the bid/project assessment.

Took as much time as needed with us to make sure we were fully knowledgeable about all the issues that our new house had with water intrusion and structural issues. Was able to give us a quote the same day and even offered financing through a third party. Would recommend him to anyone buying a house or looking to fix water issues entirely. My father has experience in home building and home inspections and was very impressed with him and his information and processes. Most important name to remember is CODY . Last year I had to have screw jacks installed on one side of my house (split level home). The groundworks crew (previously without Cody and Erin) was mehhh. They tried to upsell and say I needed an additional 4k of work more than I already agreed upon and actually needed. Nope just do the original work. So a year later in comes CODY for warranty inspection due to a hump in my floor. This guy is phenomenal, on time, polite, explains everything with pictures. What a relief to get customer service like this, it's almost like watching an old time movie where everything was perfect. They did offer upgrades, but they weren't pushy about it, I respect that. Couldn't be happier with CODY and Erin. 6 stars for CODY! ****UPDATE**** The initial work was done by Bay area underpinning, before Groundworks.
