I requested annual service on our sump pump and dehumidifier at the end of January. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. Adrian attended the service call; he has been out to our home for both annual service and troubleshooting issues in the past. He is an excellent representative for the company. He is extremely thoughtful to the client, respectful of our space and my time, attentive to the details when passing on his assessment of our equipment, and also in answering any questions I had. He provided additional information when asked and took the time to explain the options available both in potential upgrades, the assessment of urgency, and the options for service subscription to save money.

Shane came to our house and explained the entire process for foundation stabilization and what to expect when the work was done. Steve, Austin, and Q arrived about 9 am on the day the work was to be done. They explained what they would do and went right to work. They worked quickly but made sure they took the time to answer all my questions about what they were doing. They were mindful of my property and protected my grass and plants. They finished about 1:30 pm. Having completed my garage foundation stabilization, they completely cleaned up and left my yard looking just as it had when they arrived. These guys were great. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Thanks guys.

I reached out to AquaGuard after my crawlspace flooded during the heavy rains from Hurricane Helene at my new house. Blake Whitener came out to inspect everything – my crawlspace, foundation, and gutters. He pointed out a few things that would need attention down the road, but there was zero pressure to fix anything right away. He was really patient and let me get a few other estimates and think it over before making any decisions. AquaGuard ended up offering the best products and prices, plus their warranty really stood out to me. Once I signed the contract, I was able to schedule the work on my time. Kurt, Joseph, and Reid showed up exactly when they said they would and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. They made sure I knew what was happening, how everything worked, and how long it would take. Kurt even gave me a tour when everything was finished. Blake stayed in touch and made sure everything was done right. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience with AquaGuard!

I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didn't take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I don't need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

Our inspector showed up and went over the different options with us and didn’t pressure us to make our decision. We felt confident with the solution the inspector, Kalen provided us and the team delivered upon our every expectation. Groundworks made me feel comfortable, informed, and safe from the very beginning. We needed our foundation repaired and these guys did their jobs phenomenally and with grace. Three guys came out and did the job. They were very educational when I had questions, they were excellent with my family, and got the work done fast.
