Wow!!! Our pool is set on a slope which required a lot of concrete. Unfortunately, after several years due to settlement, we had gaps, cracks and uneven joints. Groundworks not only fixed every single issue, they did it efficiently and with awesome communication! The crew consisted of Luke, Anthony, James, Coy and Mike. Problem solved! Our crawl space was a wet mess and now it is sealed up and dry. We had no idea how much water was entering our crawl space until the sumps were installed and immediately started collecting water, even though it has not rained here in weeks. We checked with a number of vendors before awarding the work and found the liner Groundworks used to seal the floor was MUCH thicker and better than what other companies are using and for the same price quoted.

AFS came out to the house today to install 5 piers around one corner of my home. The crew that showed up consisted of David, Bobby, and Jesus and they were all friendly and professional. They got right to work and did a good job of looping me in at every step to ensure I understood what was happening and why. I am very pleased with the job they did and how they cleaned up after the work was done. I would recommend AFS (and this crew specifically) to anyone looking for a company to complete foundation repairs.
