This is a review for groundwork’s for certified field inspector , Mr Jacob Frick. Mr Frick was punctual , courteous , and extremely knowledgeable. He took readings all over the interior and exterior of my house. He is very detailed and explained the findings in detail. Very honest , my house was ok and no further action is necessary. If in the future I need his company, I will certainly do whatever is necessary. Mr Frick is someone you can trust with your home. Honesty and experience are very valuable. Thank you .

You never know if a big company is just telling you what you want to hear. When your house is starting to fall apart, big ticket items like fixing your foundation is scary. For a moment, we weren’t sure if we went with the right company. And then Jeremy Elston showed up. It felt like the first time someone was telling us the truth and not scamming us. He was so incredibly thorough and respectful of our home. He took his time and explained to us what he was doing and why. Foundation repairs aren’t always one and done. When the time came to make some adjustments, Jeremy was back and walking us through next steps. We feel confident in the work done and its impact to our home. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve actually stopped having nightmares about the house falling apart. Every professional needs to take a page out of Jeremy’s book.

When we thought we had a problem after the job was finished they came back no charge and added extra protection even after verifying issues weren’t connected. Grace made scheduling, and payment very easy! High recommend!

He sent over a expert team lead by Foreman Michael who took care of the problem in just two work days. They are very professional, answered all my annoying questions & did a fantastic job.

They did the job, lifted the 7" thick foundation up 1 inch and within FL code. Nick was a pro, in and out. His leadman Aaron is another pro who explained everything multiple times never tiring. Now protected against the neighbors broken waterpipe which is drilling a cavern to the aquifer… neighbors used 80yds of concrete underpinning their foundation, we called Alpha Foundations, in and out 2 days.
