My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!

Chris came and inspected the support beams and foundation of my house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Chris was able to give me several different options for resolving the concerns I had. I was very happy with the inspection and the quote. What can I say about my experience with the team. Chris Boyd did a comprehensive inspection, including crawling around in my crawlspace (and even brought me up the hammer I had left down there a couple months earlier). Daniel Mages and Scott Worthington were the technicians who did the concrete lift to my driveway and sidewalk sections. They showed up on time as scheduled (even provided me a courtesy call first to let me know when they would be arriving). The concrete lift and stabilization work was professional, and the sealing of the joints they did look amazing. I only wish I had taken the initiative to have the work done sooner. Thank you.

We had a great time experience from start to finish. Ivan came out to examine our house and answered all of our questions and gave no pressure towards our decision. Within 3 weeks we were installing. Mark V., Danny, and Chris G. were our installation team and they were great. Answers our endless questions and took the time to show us what they were doing as they went. Highly recommend this company and crew.

Absolutely could not be more impressed with the integrity, Thoroughness, and honesty I received from Mitchell at Groundworks. I have been seeing some water seepage through my poured foundation walls as well as cracks in the basement floor. I work 2 jobs and it’s difficult to make appointments where I can be home. Mitchell was more than willing to be here on a Saturday afternoon to fit my schedule. He was here over 1.5 hours inspecting, laser leveling, and checking everything he could. As much as I wanted answers, I was terrified to have the issues looked at due to financial constraints. As it turns out, I have some poor quality concrete and some minor cracking & settling going on. No immediate repairs needed. I feel like I can breathe easy again and am so so thankful for the thoroughness of Mitchell’s inspection and his honesty about what’s going on. I will continue to monitor the situation and if repairs are needed in the future, I will definitely have Groundworks out again. Definitely give these folks a try, they are fabulous.
