They were very polite, arrived on time and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up. Osyrus explained everything from beginning to end. Very happy with both of them! Mr. Rudy Gonzale, Superintendant at the JES in Bristow, VA, came to our rescue when my husband and I called about a foundation water problem. Rudy showed up in a very timely manner. He was very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained things in a way in which we could understand what was going on with the issue we were experiencing. Rudy listened to and understood our concerns and in a very professional manner he demonstrated empathy and assurance that everything will be alright. Even though my husband and I had never met Rudy before we felt he treated us like he would a family member. Rudy was a blessing to us. He was true to his word that "Everything would be alright". I highly recommend Rudy and his team who assisted us in resolving our problem. We could go on and on about Rudy with the highest accolades because the words Thank You to Rudy doesn't seem adequate.

Dan Lauterbur came to my house to advise me regarding some basement cracking and seepage that had been previously treated by another company. His assessment was thorough and detailed and noted several concerns that I had not previously been aware of. He was very helpful in advising me as how to best proceed and what to ask and look for when the company that did the original warrantied work returns to readdress the problems. If the original company fails to adequately address the concerns or if new problems arise in the future, I will most certainly be back in touch with the Ohio Basement Authority.

Our salesperson Troy measured, crawled under the house, photographed and then prepared a straightforward estimate. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The crew; Luis, Jose and Eduardo showed up on time and after explaining to us what the plan was they made it happen. They were very serious about quality work and making sure we were happy. Our work unexpectedly required a new section of footer and brick foundation so they sent a mason/foundation man, Alex. Him and his 2 man crew completed the job professionally and quickly. They were easy to work with. We are quite pleased that JES is a company that kept their word, their people are professional and quite courteous and our house is now structurally sound.
