Thought it was going to be a routine checkup on the work that was done in the basement with the previous owners of the house. Ended up needing my sump pump replaced and a new dehumidifier in the crawl space. I never knew they weren’t working (this is our first home) and was wondering why it always felt like it was about to rain in the basement. Needless to say Taylor Smith did a phenomenal job walking me through everything and made the process really smooth. He was super genuine and would say stuff like “this is what I would do in my house if it was me” which I very much appreciated. He was on time, communicative, and polite. 5 star service and you will be very pleased to have Mr. Smith as your tech.

We had a section of our driveway that had sunk due to soil erosion from water runoff. Michael Mullen from Alpha Foundations provided a prompt and correct estimate for the work after a thorough inspection and my appointment was scheduled for two weeks out from that date. Alpha called once during the wait period to verify everything was on schedule and then the day before the scheduled date to let me know which team members would be coming out. We had torrential rain the night before, but Brandon and Nick arrived on time the next morning and worked through the mild rain that was still falling to get the driveway leveled back out. The Alpha team performed beyond expectations throughout the entire process from quoting and estimation to the actual work. Every single person I interacted with from Alpha was professional, courteous and communicative. They set an example of how contracting companies should handle customer service. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work done and the 5-year warranty provided. I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future!
