Chad Anderson, JES Certified Field Inspector, diagnosed and solved a years long basement water issue by suggesting I run my water related kitchen and laundry appliances while he was inspecting my home’s foundation for water seepage in the unfinished basement. Turned out the problem was not basement’s foundation at all, but rather a plumbing drainage issue. Chad Anderson is an exemplary professional. He was thorough in his diagnosing and deliberations with me throughout his visit. He couldn’t have been more patient, insightful and good-natured in spite of the outcome of his inspection. Professional, courteous, respectful of our property and friendly as well. Kept me informed at every step and gave explanations for all my questions. Dan came out to inspect my home for some moisture along the basement walls. Thankfully, the solutions were identified and should solve the problems. Dan explained a lot to me about how lifting and stabilizing my concrete porch would help to stop water making its way to the foundation. He was also very helpful in explaining many things about home building I never knew. I felt a bit more empowered and at ease learning about how my basement drainage is set up. I have yet to have the work done on the front sidewalk and porch but look forward to the fix.

I have a 1954 small (2000sqft) ranch one story house in willow bend area. The foundation had multiple issues. I replaced all plumbing and had entire house exterior repiered. But whole house needed polymer to raise and/or stabilized. Steven Buchman, Manny Muro and Alex spent all day solving the issues and applying solutions. I really appreciate the honesty and detail Steven provided and now have a stable home. I still have to see how it all settles out but would recommend this group for home foundation issues.

This is my second pending job with Ohio basement. The inspector, James Sandlin, was on time, communicative and extremely easy to work with. He was very thorough and was at my home for several hours taking a wide variety of measurements. His recommendation was in line what I assumed I needed and gave me confidence in my purchase decision.
