We had a great experience with the inspector, Kevin Pucel, from Groundworks. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was inspecting. He answered all of my questions clearly and honestly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His attention to detail and willingness to educate me about my foundation issues really stood out. My home is unusualy long, large and awkwardly positioned on a steep slope. I worried for years it was too big of a task to repair thoroughly and would be far too expensive. I had quotes from various experts and never felt confident with any of their solutions. But yesterday I met Dan with Ohio Basement Authority and I have to say: MY OPINION CHANGED QUICKLY. I will never be able to thank @Dan Lauterbur enough for our home evaluation. He worked with precision and great attention to detail, addressing every nagging question, and concern I threw at him with a plethora of knowledge and expertise. His passion for construction and foundation repair was evident. Literally every minute was a fountain of knowledge; he did not rush and spent nearly 4 hours with me to complete our home evaluation, sketch and entire contract. Bringing over 25 years of experience as a general contractor, I can rest easy knowing Dan left no stone unturned during the process. Very excited to continue working with Dan as our Project Manager over the next three months and see our dreams come to fruition!!! I truly do not believe there is another foundation company out there that will have the man power for this monster of a project (32 push peirs, driveway deck, floors and more); all-the-while still making the process stress-free, smooth and affordable. I was completely satisfied with the entire process of having a new sump pump with battery back-up installed by Groundworks. Ronald and Remi were both very professional, and courteous when they came to quote the job. And Lucio and the crew were also very professional and courteous. I was impressed with Lucios' experience and workmanship and friendly manner (same for the workers). Lots of attention to detail and they left the worksite completely cleaned up. I was completely happy with the whole job.

We started having issues closing our door to the garage indicating a possible foundation issue – i called Foundation Recovery Systems and was contacted by CFI Hunter Holmes. We agreed on a time and Hunter came out and got down and dirty in the crawl space area below our house. After about 3 hours Hunter came out, took another 40 minutes or so to put together a report, and then we sat down to see what he found. What i found is that Hunter Holmes is extremely knowledgeable about what can go wrong in a crawl space under a house. We talked about the specific issues under my house – any question i had was thoroughly answered. Hunter was indefatigable in explaining what needed to be done and why. I am thankful to him for his sincere and genuine help in my understanding what is going on in my crawl space. After Hunter left he remained available to answer any follow up question i had via text or phone call. I recommend 5 stars for Hunter Holmes without any reservation whatsoever.

The whole install crew Jacob, Jacob & Hunter were all great. Polite, knowledgeable, professionals. They did outstanding job. They left the job site clean & neat which is always appreciated.
