Other than that , Lee was excellent. Solid professional who was courteous, respectful and had great interpersonal skills. By process of elimination like a detective he was able to find the source of our water leak. Overall pleased with his service.

He checked surrounding conditions outside the home, despite the large piles of snow. Upon request, he also included a basement inspection. He made great points throughout his inspection and based his advice on facts he was observing in the home. He had a lot of experience and was very knowledgeable. JES was a great experience: Original contact Josh was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained the process and realistic expectations. Set repair date less than a week away. Installers called to notify of arrival time. CJ and Truman were on time, very polite and personable. Explained what they were going to do to be sure we were in agreement and how they were going to do it and discussed expected result. They were very proficient at the process. Repair was complicated covered entryway but outcome was excellent. CJ and Truman very competent and pleasant. Work site was clean and neat on departure. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. Highly recommended.

The trenches were dug cleanly and to the correct depth, and a proper gravel base was laid before the perforated pipe was installed. The pipe was positioned with the perforations facing downward, which is the correct orientation for capturing groundwater. A high‑quality landscape fabric was used to wrap the pipe and gravel, preventing soil intrusion while still allowing water to pass through. This is a step that many installers skip, so I appreciated that it was done correctly. After backfilling, the surface was graded to ensure water would not pool above the system. Summary: The French drain installation appears professionally executed, with proper slope, correct pipe placement, clean trenching, and thoughtful finishing work. Based on the results so far, the system should provide reliable drainage and long‑term protection against water buildup.

Awesome service all the way around. Our sidewalk had sunk a few inches in places leaving a dangerous tripping hazard. The company responded immediately to my inquiry. John came by and we discussed their approach. The repair estimate was significantly less than replacing the sidewalk. Scheduling was easy – less than 2 weeks. David came out and got right to it – he raised the sidewalk, patched a couple of areas and cleaned up in about 3 hours. They have great warranty should we have further settling. Highly recommend.
