I have been a long time Clarke Basements customer and today was my first experience with them under their new Groundworks name. I was very pleased with the experience. We scheduled the appointment well in advance and they offered me the yearly maintenance visit for free which was obviously a bonus. Daniel was the service technician. He called me the day before to confirm our appointment and he called me the same day to update me on his arrival time. Daniel was very professional from start to finish. We sat down before he started to go over the scope of the visit. He quickly diagnosed an issue which would have been problematic. He did not pressure me into taking one option over another but merely competently and explicitly explained the options available to me to rectify the problem and allowed me to make the decision. Once I decided which option I was going to go with he expediently fixed the issue to my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed with Daniel's demeanour and professionalism. With his skills and talents I can surely see him working in management one day. Overall I was very impressed with the new Groundworks experience.

Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!

First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job …
First and foremost this company was over 10k cheaper than one of their competitors! Secondly they was in touch with us a lot before the job was done so with that said their communication is 100%! They made two trips the day of the estimate cause they needed in the house to check a couple things. Once someone could be there they drove an hour at the end of their work day to look at what the wanted to check. Pairs Houchins and Kyle Juraszek told me what they was doing and why they was doing throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a company explain things like they did. These two young men went above and beyond. When they left you could even tell they had been there! THANKS for the professional work and even more professional attention to detail! You guys rock! If you’re reading this review just know you can’t go wrong with these folks!
