Love the service and the experience I had with AFS! I called because I have an older home and was noticing cracks in my walls and my tiles and wood floors were separating. Jake came out and did an inspection. He went over the issues and described exactly what needed to be done. I thought the qoute was quit reasonable. Ben and Israel came out and got the job done in one day. They were very knowledgeable and courteous and Ben explained what was done and showed me pictures of the new supports. We can already tell a big difference in the stability of the floors. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had Don Lester come out to inspect our encapsulation and dehumidifier efficiency. He did an amazing job asking clarifying questions to ensure everything was inspected and measured thoroughly. He was punctual, polite, and had excellent communication skills. In the end, he was able to map out our home and come up with an effective plan to resolve some issues we had with our foundation and made sure I understood everything clearly before and after his inspections. He inspected the sump pump and beaver system that was previously installed by Innovative and once his inspection was complete we went through his checklist and discussed everything on it. From discussing options for repair to annual maintenance, Groundworks in Wichita, KS has been amazing to work with. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Any question or concern I have is promptly addressed. The process of foundation repair and waterproofing was so overwhelming, but Groundworks went above and beyond to make it as seamless as possible. During recent annual maintenance, my mom and I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel YoNash. He caught an issue with one of the wall anchors and promptly arranged for repair. He also recommended a dehumidifier for my basement as the humidity level was above normal, placing me and my son at risk for mold exposure. I feel well-taken care of and highly recommend Groundworks.

Dan Lauterbur came to my house to advise me regarding some basement cracking and seepage that had been previously treated by another company. His assessment was thorough and detailed and noted several concerns that I had not previously been aware of. He was very helpful in advising me as how to best proceed and what to ask and look for when the company that did the original warrantied work returns to readdress the problems. If the original company fails to adequately address the concerns or if new problems arise in the future, I will most certainly be back in touch with the Ohio Basement Authority.
