We had Baker’s Waterproofing fix water issues in the basement at our own house two years ago so when another house we own started having water seep into the basement, we immediately called them to do their magic. Eric O, Westley P, and Mike R did amazing work. Explained what they would be doing and then put up plastic to keep other parts of the basement from getting lots of dust. They cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were done and reviewed it all with us again. Next time it rains, I won’t need to worry about going to that house to check on water damage. Thanks guys!

I contracted with Groundworks to demo and replace the entire foundation for my home (built in the 1930s) in Petaluma, CA. The foundation was original to the home and falling apart. This job was competitively and transparently priced by the inspector/Estimator Adam Mier, who was referred to me by a professional colleague. I did obtain other bids, but Adam was the only estimator that addressed all of my concerns and factored permitting and engineering fees into the bid upfront. Once work began, the foremen on the jobs (Tyler, Nestor) were professional and excellent communicators, and kept the job site clean and organized. With the help of Jose and Erick, they finished ahead of schedule and were able to save me costs. They worked around a number of issues on the jobsite, including access challenges and bad winter weather. I would trust this company with your foundation and concrete projects over the competition, especially projects like mine (that are extensive and potentially expensive) because they have a competent team of professionals working for them.

I was very anxious about having to have foundation work to my house. I feel like I made the right decision when I picked AFS. AFS sent me Carlos to handle the job. Carlos, Julio, Margarito, and Edwin were punctual and very hard working. They took extra precautions not to damage our yard with the machinery. Carlos took time to explain the process and let me view the work throughout the day. He was extremely polite and tried to ease my fears. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the site after completion. I would highly recommend AFS and Carlos's team.

Exceptional experience with this company and their representatives. TJ came out for the initial assessment, took his time measuring and explaining his thoughts, solutions, and process. When the time for repair came, everything was streamlined and exceptional. House was left clean, job was taken care of beautifully, and they were very thorough and timely. Daniel and Dylan (and one more whose name I didn’t catch) did great work and were extremely communicative. From answering questions, keeping me updated, and ensuring I was comfortable and happy with the work. Durango needs more professionals like this crew in town. I have had a great experience with the installation of multiple helical piers to support my home. Steven, Chris and Brandon did the work and were stellar. They went out of their way to explain everything and answer new questions of mine that I hadn't thought to ask of Ethan, who initially met with me and was also great. I really liked that pre-quote interior measurements were taken in all the rooms of the house as that gave me data to fully understand the extent of the settlement of my house. Prior to and on installation day, which took place as originally scheduled without any delays, I experienced expertise and understanding from everyone. Steven, Chris and Brandon worked efficiently and expertly and kept me informed all through the process. They are a really great team and I highly recommend them! Really great service. Punctual, great communication, and extremely thorough. I had Cody come out to look at my crawl space. He sat down with me to fully understand all my concerns and did a very detailed look around the house and in the crawl space. He was here for an hour and they didn't charge me a dime. I would hire them in a heartbeat if I needed something fixed.
