My main disappointment with this company was not with the work that was done, but an inconsistent level of communication and not knowing who was the right person to contact for updates and scheduling.

I had a great experience with Groundworks. We are in the process of buying our first home and what was revealed on our inspection? A crack in the foundation! We close in only a few days and I was extremely nervous. Marty was able to get out the NEXT DAY for a (free!) inspection of the property! He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring of my panic. He walked me through the entire property and was very thorough. Luckily, the crack was not structural and needs no immediate repair. He also pointed out a few other things he recommended for the home regarding the patio, downspouts, condensation line, etc. to help protect the home. Some of the things he recommended were not even services Groundworks offers or could make a sale on – he was just being a genuinely helpful guy. He never made me feel pressured or like he was just trying to make a sale. I will be sure to reach out to Groundworks when it comes time to handle our preventative measures!

The crew that came out from AFS to install 6 pillars were fantastic. They are Josh B Bailey L Isaiah W Kuda They worked awesome as a team!!! The work was explained to me what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and what materials they were using. Answered any and all questions. One of the points they made was they would dig down till they hit rock, well here in Mt. Juliet you don’t have to dig very far as a matter of fact footer sat on rock ( 5 of 6 did) These men had jackhammers to bust out rock a foot down them undermine the footer 6” in order to get pillars in. They worked for two days jackhammering to accomplish this task. They worked together not just one doing all the work, they were awesome!!! Hard to find good workers like that anymore!!! It would be nice if they had a hoe ram attachment for their mini-x Would have saved them time and their backs. Once again they Never Slacked!!! I would highly recommend this group to do any of your work you need done ! They respected our home , yard and dogs:)! They were very professional Thank you we appreciate it very much I would like to give 10 starts but not an option. Call em you won’t be sorry you did !!!

I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

I want to give a big thank you to Miles and his crew. He did an exceptional job in my crawl space, by answering all my questions and providing the details I needed to understand the process. He also took time to fix some issues in my basement that was done by a previous crew in 2020 which didn’t do a good job, but Miles came in and fix everything that was needed. Back story; Back in 2020 I hired BQ to do my basement, they didn’t do a good job to be honest. A lot of calling back and trying to get it done. Today I needed some work done on my crawl space. I was thinking a lot because of my bad experience. But with Groundworks in charge. I decided to call again. Josh K. Did our quote explain the work and also said he will take care of my basement as well. He kept his word, I was very untrusted and nervous but he had patience to answer my calls and promised he will come back after our foundation issue recover from the amount of moisture it has suffered to ensure it’s in a good stage. He understand our worries and was able to help us out. He ensure he sent one of his best crew to do to work and I will tell you I am happy for now with the work. We will wait until October for him to come back and review the crawl space with us.
