We had an amazing service experience from David and Rico of Bay Area Underpinning. David and Rico were very professional, super nice, and worked hard on leveling my floor. They arrived on time after giving me a call earlier to let me know they are on the way. They put on shoe covers to make sure my floor is protected. They patiently listened to my inputs and addressed my concerns with competence and great care. And they would not leave until all the uneven floor areas are fixed to my satisfaction. Keenan was very knowledgeable and carefully crafted and explained the plan to stabilize my home. The other team members: David, Bobbie, Jesu's and James carried out the plan – a Five Star Team. Twelve (12) piers were needed and installed around the perimeter of the house to stabilize the foundation and eleven (11) floor supports were installed underneath the house for further stabilization. David Pettway was the foreman. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They all appeared to love what they were doing. They paused all along to make sure I could see and understand every step of the installation process. I would highly recommend this team who undertook this major project for me. Thank you team for making this process easy for me. I highly recommend AFS.

Zyan Avant with AquaGuard deserves major recognition. He came out to our house and completed a very thorough inspection of our crawl space. During the inspection, he identified an issue with our sump pump, found a leaking pipe, and showed us photos so we could clearly understand what was happening. What really stood out is that Zyan followed through. He was the third person who had come out to our home, and we had previously raised an issue with a water outlet that AquaGuard had originally installed in the wrong location. We had been told before that it would be addressed, but nothing happened. Zyan listened, took the concern seriously, and actually kept his promise. He also made us aware of a leaking pipe so we could get a plumber out to fix it before the problem continued getting worse. It was clear that someone had previously noticed the leak because there was already a bucket catching the water, but nothing had been communicated to us. Zyan not only pointed it out and showed us what was going on, but he also emptied the bucket to buy us some time until we could get a plumber out. Even more impressive, he personally came back out the following weekend to reconfigure the outlet so the water would no longer drain toward our neighbor’s driveway. He placed it in the location we had originally been told it would go. You just don’t get service very often anymore where someone treats your home like it’s their own, but that is exactly how it felt with Zyan. This experience truly salvaged our confidence as AquaGuard customers. Zyan was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making things right. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him.
