Great company, and employees that take pride in their work. Thank so much for fitting me into your schedule within 24 hours of my phone call. They came out the same day that I called and inspected the job, wrote me an estimate, and came out the next morning with the new well pump and pressure tank, and all needed materials. Finished up the install and checked everything out. Again thank you for your quick service.

Super friendly and patient staff. No high pressure sales. When the crew (Jose Campos, Wazir Mohammed and Brayan Aguirre) came over to install a sump pump and fix a drainage problem around our house, they were flexible and patient with our concerns and brainstormed solutions to address them. To fix our drainage problem they dug a ditch under our launch so our downspout would lead water away from the house. They patched the lawn so well that you can hardly see they were there. Another crew lifted our sidewalk so it was level and had no trip points. They did a very nice job and were patient with us even when we called them back just 10 minutes later to repair the caulking after a neighbor stepped in it while it was wet. (After we declined the crew's offer to put up caution tape too! So we took them up on their offer after they came back.) Just be mindful that your driveway and sidewalk may have different colors, so when they offer to color match their caulking to your concrete, check whether they can match each individually.

I needed to get a new sump after maintaining the old one for over 20 years, and it was time. I was able to get scheduled with Ohio Basement Authority at a convenient time for me and Kyle came out and did an outstanding job installing the new sump pump. He cleaned out a significant amount of grime that had clearly been left behind in previous years. Unlike other companies that just checked if the sump pump was working and called it maintenance without addressing the debris, Ohio Basement Authority went above and beyond as evidenced by the photos. I'm incredibly grateful for the professional and thorough service they provided in replacing my sump pump the right way!!!

Austin Andes came to our home to inspect the framing and foundation condition and help us diagnose some possible settlement issues we were experiencing. He did a thorough inspection of the home, outside, inside and in the crawl space including taking photos he used during the post inspection to explain what he found. He was very professional and offered a very reasonable solution to address and help maintain our hone. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone needing foundation remediation.
