Blake, the sales representative for this project, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. His extensive knowledge was particularly impressive. Kornbread, serving as the project manager, along with his team members -Wheeler and Jojo – demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the project. The team was punctual, maintained clear communication, respected the premises, provided thorough explanations at each stage of the process, and consistently delivered high-quality results. Kornbread possesses extensive knowledge and a high-level of expertise on basement waterproofing. He also showed me photos of my basement to highlight pre-existing conditions, and he provided photo updates as work progressed. Kornbread, Wheeler, and Jojo installed an interior drainage system and vapor barrier to ensure the basement remained dry. Their integrity was evident in all aspects of their work. The crew was professional and outstanding. The work was done in timely fashion, photos were provided for before and after. We walked the house perimeter together to address any questions I had. In addition to doing quality work, they went out of their way to be kind and helpful to my elderly mother. My dog escaped the yard while they were there – definitely not the crews fault. The crew lead walked with my mother to retrieve the dog so that she wouldn't risk falling. In my opinion that spoke volumes about character!!! I will be sure to recommend Groundworks to anyone I know needing foundation repair or raising.

riendly, professional, and a great result! We feel a newfound confidence in our house again with a clinically clean encapsulation system complete with dehumidifier and two sump pumps! Having previously gotten work with Alpha on our foundation we were impressed with the results by Keith and team, so we had our house crawlspace encapsulation service done by them as well. We learned about our need through the inspector Jordan who was very helpful and worked through options/payment plans to find something that worked for our house and budget. Will, Chris, and Freddy from Alpha came out about a month later for the two day job. They were very friendly and approachable and communicated the whole process clearly. They were even accommodating to our particular requests, such as our request for them to evacuate any frogs before laying down the system, haha. Our crawl space used to be nothing but dirt and debris(and frogs) and a sauna of humidity but now it just what the word sounds like, encapsulated. Effectively a basement of sorts. Clean and white, like a hospital clinic! See below pics for more to see the sump pump (black circle with pipe) and dehumidifier (the box). They were able to already start bringing the humidity down with the new system before they even left the second day. We are so thankful for their friendly demeanor and it was a pleasure welcoming them into our home (or rather under it) as they delivered a great result! We will now sleep easy at night knowing our house is on literal solid ground!

Jordan is seriously one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet! Incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel confident about the repairs. We’ve had AquaGuard come out to assess an issue in our basement waterproofing for water intrusion issues AND with concrete settling in our backyard. They can stabilize and lift the concrete from underneath to help prevent the problem from getting worse. They were also very quick to come out, which I appreciate. If you need foundation repair, concrete leveling, basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, or help with settling issues, definitely give AquaGuard a call. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!

This same issue had been looked at by another source a year ago with no resolution. It took ******* less than 15 minutes to assess and find the problem. He explained everything to me and had it resolved that afternoon.Beyond his repairs, I found ******* to be a warm and personable individual, taking time to listen and understand my questions and concerns. Groundworks provided an encapsulation of the crawl space beneath our townhouse. It involved water seal and foam board for the walls and floor. We'd had similar work done a couple years ago and we were very unhappy with the results. Though Groundworks had a higher quote, some of which was the removal of materials from the previous company's efforts, the end result is great and so far we feel it's been worth every penny. Following the initial work, we've had a couple minor issues, and we're pleased to say the company addressed them effectively and efficiently, responding with a crew within 48 hours of our telling them about the problem. Their office person (Michele) did a great job of coordinating their field people and made doing business with the company a pleasant experience. We're in our late 70's so touring crawlspaces is not on our bucket list – the Groundworks people were happy to provide pictures of what they were doing or had done throughout the job. We're very pleased with the service and the courtesy of their people. Special thanks to Antonio. A cautionary note about highly negative reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. Before you take those reviews seriously, check the reviewer's profile and see if during their entire lifespan on Yelp they have ever, ever, ever written a positive review about anything. If all they write are negative reviews, they're actually telling you more about themselves than they are telling you about the company they're reviewing. Just sayin'.
