I'd give so many more stars if I possibly could! We were so very pleased with the entire Rescon Basement Solutions experience. Bob came to our house and assessed our basement/bulkhead wall issues. We were involved in any decisions and were given a very honest, complete quote and a scheduled date for the work to be done. Unfortunately, before the scheduled date, we had a very heavy rain and water poured into our basement. Bob from Rescon gave us advice on how to handle that and Alexa was able to move the work date up to help us out of a big jam. Patrick, Jake and Tim arrived promptly to get the work started. They were very professional and explained absolutely everything they were going to be doing. They set up plastic tarps to keep the rest of our basement clean and did a fantastic job. When they completed the work, they went over all of the new equipment and explained everything to us. We were happy with every part of this project. Cannot recommend Rescon enough!!!!

The experience that we had with basement Authority on our home was very good. Gary did an excellent job on an inspection. He covered all that he looked at all that he saw and what needed to be done and made suggestions and it happened very quickly and within 2 to 3 weeks after Gary was here, we had workers working to put in the complete system. We had a total of five different guys that worked on doing the insulation and encapsulation of the crawlspace. Jason, Travis, Wyatt, Cody and Michael were the guys that we had working on our crawlspace and the first day went super good. Jason gave us updates even if they were leaving just to go get some thing. They always told us that they were going out and they would be back in an hour or whatever the case might be, but they tried their best to keep us informed on how the job was going. They actually thought that they could get through in a day it did not happen but we finally got completed on the fourth day few different things happen but overall as far as a review, I think the guys did really well working in the crawlspace in the water in the muck Ron and Sharon W.

After they left, the wall seal no longer sagged, the concrete was level and neat, and the system was functioning correctly. They had found the error that was causing our system to fail and corrected it. They were very knowledgeable and even educated me on the system before leaving. We pray we have no more issues, but definitely would want Aden, Jaeden, and Ralph to come back to fix if anything arose.

He was very open and honest and we liked where there would be no third party involved in taking care of our problem. He explained everything in detail and we were able to understand what he was thing. Very friendly and very professional. He said if we had any any other questions just call his number on his card and he would try and answer our questions. I was super tired of my leaky basement and decided to do something about it. I looked into Basement Authority because I was seeing commercials and ads all over the place. I read reviews and watched multiple videos of the work they did. I contacted them through the website for an estimate. They sent Mike Cornecelli to do my estimate. Mike was very open and honest about what I needed and what he could do to help me. I can imagine there is a more knowledgeable person out there because he did a very thorough inspection and took pics and measurements. He made a plan on his laptop and showed me exactly what was going to happen and scheduled my appointment for installation. I needed wall supports, a gutter system and vapor barrier to fix the issues going on. My original date of install was moved up 3 weeks, which I am really grateful for. I had good communication throughout the whole process and the men worked every day until it was completed. I have zero complaints and highly recommend everyone use Basement Authority to fix your basement issues. I have learned so much about why leaks happen and how to correct them. Every man on the job was extremely polite and quick to answer any questions I had. Husband and wife team, Pat and Ricki Edwardson have been in the foundation repair business since 2003 when they opened Basement Authority of West Virginia. Ricki grew up in the construction business, first working for her father’s construction company in high school. Later, after graduating with her engineering degree, Ricki worked as a project manager before starting her own construction management company. Together, Ricki and Pat co-own Basement Authority of West Virginia and use their experience and education to make it the best foundation repair company in the area.
