We had a great experience with AFS. Brock Silver did a very thorough inspection and took lots of photos to help us understand the condition of our crawl space. He took his time with us and was very good at explaining all of the different options AFS could provide to help us make the right decision. Brock made us feel comfortable in our decision to hire AFS. From the beginning and throughout the whole project, Oscar, Rogelio, and Everardo were very professional and respectful of our property and our time. They kept us informed on when they would arrive, approximately when they would finish each day, and on every step of their progress. Within three days, Oscar, Rogelio, and Everardo installed a drainage system, encapsulation, two sump pumps and a dehumidifier. We are so happy with the job they did!! We feel very confident that everything they did will protect our home's foundation for a very long time. Thank you!

Parris Houchins and Aiden Langford are at least part of the reason AFS has been so successful over the years. My experience with these two specialists was exceedingly wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way and explained why certain processes were necessary. They worked non-stop and paid close attention to detail. I am a fanatic for detail. Charles Halmark is an exemplary example of the perfect employee. This man was on time and did every inspection by the book and then explained everything in detail. This was the best explanation of things going on under our house that I have ever heard and he made it all make sense. AFS you need to keep this guy around!!! AFS as a whole is a great company also. The barrier that they laid in our crawl space still looks new after several years. The sump pump is still working when it needs to and the dehumidifier is also still working great. Thanks AFS!
