Groundworks Sponsors the 2024 Brat Trot & Burien Oktoberfest

Groundworks was honored to be the “Sonderkind” sponsor of the 2024 Brat Trot & Burien Oktoberfest, a day filled with community spirit, fun, and celebration!

This annual event, supporting the Highline Schools Foundation, brought together over 700 runners of all ages for a 5k run/walk through Old Burien, finishing near the lively Burien Oktoberfest at Town Square Park on SW 152nd St.

This year’s partnership between Burien Brat Trot and Burien Oktoberfest created an epic day of activities for the entire community. From the fast and friendly 5k route to the festivities at Oktoberfest, the event was a huge success, showcasing the vibrant energy of the Burien community.
