Groundworks Sponsors Big Dreams Start Small Ball to Uplift Sonoma-Marin Youth

Event Recap: Having a Ball!

On April 26, 2025, Groundworks proudly participated in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin’s annual Big Dreams Start Small Ball in Healdsburg, CA. Representing Groundworks were Fairfield branch General Manager James Teixeira and Commercial Business Development Director Todd Egloff, who joined fellow sponsors and supporters in a vibrant evening dedicated to empowering local youth.

This Club Champion-sponsored event directly supports programs like after-school enrichment and summer camps that offer safe, structured, and inspiring environments for children in the community.

The event was buzzing with energy — a packed venue brimming with committed sponsors united by one mission: to support the next generation. It was a testament to how collective action can build stronger futures for young people in Sonoma-Marin.

What We Achieved Together

Thanks to this powerful community collaboration, the evening raised an impressive $270,000 to directly benefit local youth initiatives. Groundworks is honored to be one of only two Club Champion sponsors supporting this impactful cause. While the scope of the initiative is local, the positive ripple effects will inspire brighter, broader change across the region.

Get Involved

Beyond a single night of generosity, Groundworks remains committed to long-term goals like supporting safe and stable communities — goals that align closely with the Boys & Girls Clubs’ mission. James and Todd further supported the cause by making personal donations during the fundraising auction, highlighting the heart behind our brand partnerships.
