Water in the crawl space – oh no! But Paul from Groundworks came, inspected, and assessed the situation. Mkoma, Robert, and Valdo did the work and were outstanding. They came on time, were efficient, considerate, and worked tirelessly for almost four days doing our crawl space encapsulation. They were respectful of our property, putting everything away and cleaning up after each day’s work, kept us informed about their progress, and answered any questions we had. It all started with the Groundworks Crawl Space commercial and Mr. Mike Rowe doing the "Dirty Job". thats when my wife and i decided to call Groundworks. We made an appointment and as promised the Inspector arrived right on time, maybe a little early, but he called first. The Groundworks Inspector Mr. Corey Meyers was the best and most prepared inspector that i have ever met. Corey took time to first ask a series of questions and then got dressed up in his protective gear and adorned his assortment of tools and inspected our 100 yr. old crawl space. The inspection was a success. My wife and I are extremely impressed with Corey and the Groundworks company. Thank you so much.

We had two crews working to address the water in our crawlspace. Thanks to David, Derick, Jordan and Sam, along with Wyatt, Tucker, and Quentin! And thanks to Kirsten for coming out initially and explaining the Groundworks approach. Though not new to the Pacific NW, we had recently located to the far NW corner of WA. The proposed work was finished in record time (and they managed to get us in a week before the scheduled work). This is no small patch but a wholesale addressing of the problem. It wasn’t cheap, but the thoroughness of the solution is keeping us comfortable and dry! Thanks Groundworks!
