My experience with GroundWorks was AWESOME! Michael came out within a week for an estimate, made a quick and thorough survey, and explained my options with recommendations in detail. Clem, Garrett, and Nick came out, less than 2 weeks later, to install sump pumps in the crawl space and encapsulate the lower portion. Right from the start they had a great attitude, clearly described what they were going to be doing, and attacked the project. They completed the work in half the estimated time! I was given progress reports with detailed pictures each step of the way. After the work was completed, they tested the system and gave me easy to understand information on how to check the status of the components and basic upkeep. I was NOT looking forward to getting this work done as it was a complex, extensive problem I wasn't sure had a good solution. The way they broke it down, communicated, and completed the work so efficiently not only put me at ease, but also made it a joy. The work solved that problem of excess water AND added significant value to the house overall. I'd buy stock in these guys if I could!

Clem, Garrett, & Nick arrived in the time stated. Clem explained the process, discussed what they hoped to do & finished paperwork right away. The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly!
