Encapsulation was not an easy decision to make. It comes with a large price tag, and fear of not getting the results you are wanting. My wife and I pulled the trigger and hired AFS. Now that the job is complete I feel it was a good decision! Christian S, Dylan M, Connor W, and Sam R, did a fantastic job! My crawl space is a unique maze that isn't a standard job for these guys. They did run into some issues with the footers of my foundation, and it was looking like it was going to be very costly to add additional equipment. I declined the options presented to me and the crew figured out alternatives that I was satisfied with! The end result is I have a crawl space that looks like a sterile environment that a surgeon would approve of! Thank you Christian and crew! I'm sure glad I had you guys doing the job!
