Groundworks – Fargo Partners with Habitat for Humanity 

This year, the team at Groundworks – Fargo (formerly Innovative Basement Authority) partnered with Habitat for Humanity. As part of the companywide Build Together 2024 initiative, employees assisted in home builds for members of the local communities. 

IBA’s parent company, Groundworks, donated $100,000 Habitat for Humanity affiliates across the country to support long-term stability through safe and affordable housing. Part of the Goodworks by Groundworks program, this partnership gives 5,000 employees the chance to volunteer in 63 communities throughout the year.

Team members in Fargo volunteered with Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity on August 1. 12 volunteers spent the morning constructing a foundation for a new home in Fargo. Employees were grateful to be making a difference in the community in which they serve.
