Event Recap: 3,000 Push-ups Challenge for St. Jude

In December 2025, Groundworks rallied employees nationwide for the 3,000 Push-Ups Challenge. Launched by CEO Matt Malone, the initiative encouraged participants to complete 100 push-ups per day throughout the month.

Employees from every region enthusiastically embraced the challenge, combining personal perseverance with a shared purpose. Their collective effort resulted in an impressive $100,000 donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, directly supporting groundbreaking pediatric cancer research and care

The 3,000 Push-ups Challenge proved that small daily actions can lead to large-scale community impact.
