RETURN TO KICKOFF 2026 >>


January 9–11 at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

Now you need to register. This is a process where you will fill out a link with details such as hotel and departing airport locations so your travel logistics can be booked.


Registration closes on October 27, 2025. No late registrations will be accepted.


No. RSVPs are required.


Exceptions may be considered case-by-case, but costs may be incurred by the employee.


No. You must be invited to attend, and substitutions cannot be made.


No. It is a voluntary and unpaid event.


Yes. PTO can be used for Friday if you attend Kickoff.

Branches more than 6 hours away will fly via block flights arranged during registration. A Groundworks Travel Partner from BTT will email you directly with your flight itinerary in the coming weeks. Do not book your own flights.

Branches within 6 hours will use charter buses, drive on their own, or carpool. Dallas-area employees are responsible for their own transportation.

You are responsible for traveling to/from your home airport. In Dallas, shuttle buses will transport attendees to/from the hotel.


Yes, but at your own expense. Groundworks will not reimburse personal transportation.


Yes, but at your own expense. You are responsible for paying for fuel and snacks, etc. on your own.

Self-parking at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel is covered for event days: January 9–11. You are responsible for parking costs at your home airport.

All events and registration will be at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Registration is Friday, January 9th, 1:00–4:00 PM.

Yes. You may book a room under the Groundworks group rate at your own expense during registration, based on availability.

Employees requesting a private “buy out” room must pay during the registration process. Company credit cards are not accepted for this.

Yes. Dinner is provided on Friday night. Other meals are covered during the event. Any outside meals are at the employee’s expense.

Yes. Options include vegetarian, vegan, kosher, halal, gluten-free, and others. Please indicate preferences during the registration process.


Food and beverages will be provided, but you may bring your own if desired. Again, at your own expense.

No. Any charges to your company credit card for Kickoff – related expenses will be escalated to senior leadership. You will be required to submit a wage deduction form, and your card may be subject to suspension pending further review.

Friday — Comfortable attire; company-branded gear is encouraged.

Saturday Morning Workout — Athletic wear; dress warmly in layers.

Saturday Daytime — Provided Kickoff t-shirt and comfortable clothes.

Saturday Night — Business casual or formal. Theme: “Live Legendary” – western flair welcome!


No. It’s optional. A waiver must be signed to participate during the registration process.

Only at the Saturday night Awards Celebration. No drinking during daytime sessions. No outside alcohol is allowed.

Kickoff is a professional event. All laws and company policies apply. By attending the Kickoff event, you agree to abide by the rules of conduct established by Groundworks as outlined in the Prohibited Acts Policy. Additionally, you understand that any observed conduct which brings disrepute to the company will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of your employment.

They may be asked to leave and must arrange their own travel home. Disciplinary action may follow, up to and including termination.

Branch Leadership (GMs, PMs, SMs, and OMs) and field support leaders should coordinate logistics. Assign group leaders for each department.
