Mount Valley Foundation Services (MVFS) is the oldest foundation repair company in South Carolina. MVFS was founded by Allan Gantt with the hope of bringing this necessary service to the area. Mount Valley Foundation Services is a BBB accredited business with over 100 fully trained experts to assist the homeowner with any foundation repair, crawl space, or concrete needs.

Sands Williamson met me at one of my listings in Aiken this afternoon. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure that the foundation in this home was level and he even took care of a couple of issues in the crawlspace. As a Realtor, it’s often hard for me to find honest and reliable trades people. But Sands is definitely one that deserves five stars. Outstanding job! When a flooring job Mount Valley was doing for us ran into an issue, instead of coming back later, Brandon, Isiah and Jerimiah adapted the material they had with them and completed the job the same day. They kept us informed what they were doing and explained the changes from the original plan. This was the third project they have done for us and all of them have been top grade work.
