Event Recap: Supporting the Cause

On April 24, 2026, the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Wine, Wishes, & a Little Bit of Whiskey Gala brought together community and corporate leaders to benefit its Northeastern & Central California chapter. Groundworks’ Sacramento team sponsored and attended the event, taking part in an evening focused on transforming the lives of children battling critical illness. The program featured inspiring stories and presentations that highlighted the impact of these efforts, leaving attendees both motivated and deeply connected to the cause.

As Yana Sciupac, General Manager in Training, Groundworks Sacramento, shared, “The cause, the venue, and the stories shared throughout the evening made a lasting impression on me.
