From our meeting with Bob Hayes for diagnosis of our foundation leak â thorough, well-explained â to the crew of Caleb, Devonte and Dylan, the project couldnâ t have gone smoother. Workers were on time, explained everything they would do, called ahead when coming to the house, and exceeded expectations. The crew could not have been more professional and ancillary work performed by the electrician was well-coordinated.

I hired Ohio Basement Authority to encapsulate my crawlspace in late July, and bury two of my downspouts on my house. They did everything exactly how my salesperson, Matt, indicated, including coming on the day work was scheduled to be completed and notifying me when they were on their way. Their finished work exceeded my expectations, and all musty odors have disappeared. We even had a heavy rain storm about one week after the work was complete, and my crawlspace stayed completely dry. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone looking to have their crawlspace professionally encapsulated.

Dave Syz, the inspector is very professional and compassionate. We have been in this house not even a year and having to deal with leaking into the walls of a beautifully finished basement, albeit a finishing scam, is a harrowing experience. Dave alleviated many concerns and answered every question I had, and some I didn't. He is an asset to his company and I look forward to finishing the job with these guys/gals.
