This review is relative to the initial inspection and estimating session (mine was regarding my slab foundation). Scot was a pleasure to work with — excellent communication leading up to the appointment, super knowledgeable and informative, and also had a great sense of humor. I was presented with several options, received honest guidance regarding what might be more or less urgent, and I never felt like I was being sold unnecessary services. The initial session takes a bit of time (again, very thorough), but this is communicated upfront. I’m in the process of getting a few estimates before I decide the path forward, but I am happy that I included this company on my short list.

Excellent service and great pricing for a downspout drain repair. The inspector, Mark, did a great job listening to our concerns and then recommending a fix. He walked us through the whole process. On the day of installation, Larry and Kruize did a fantastic job fixing the issue while keeping my landscaping intact as much as possible. I really appreciate how clean they left the install. I would recommend Ohio Basement Authority and these individuals.

From the field inspector, Tanner, to the foreman, Joseph, the experience has been great! Everyone was very professional and communicated well. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. Joseph and his crew showed up on time, very courteous, explained the job, and cleaned up completely. The work done was a crawlspace waterproofing system and encapsulation.
