I bought a house that had some renovation work done in the basement a few months before I moved in . A sump pump system and a vapor barrier had been added. Unfortunately, the seller didn't leave me any information on any of this, other than I was able to find out that AFS did the work. The sump system wasn't working right and I also just needed to find out some information on what work had been done in general, so I called AFS to ask some questions. I ended up being put in contact with Brandon Bailey from AFS. Not only did he send me some general information on the work that had been done, he personally came out to my house to fix up the sump system free of charge, and answered my questions about other future work on the house I was considering. This all surprised me with how much they were willing to help me out even though the work was all done well before I moved in, and has definitely earned AFS a future customer.

Very down to earth, approachable & respectful. They took time the time to explain the process fully, including any concerns our family had during the renovation… They treated our home as if it were their own, making sure the job was done right. Our sunroom (an elevated, attached structure sitting on a hill with three outside walls) was sinking at the far end and pulling away from the house on the inner wall. The crew that Indiana Foundation sent out for the fix was amazing. Anthony W. , Bruce T. and Mike A. were the hardest working crew I’ve ever observed. Never once did I see any of them just standing around. They thoroughly explained everything, Anthony kept us informed at each step of the project and they were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were also very considerate of our landscaping. To our surprise (another company had said it couldn’t be done) they were able to lift the room, level and stabilize the structure and close the gap on the inner wall. From the very beginning when we received our estimate and signed our contract (with Jim D., who was also great to work with) to the end of the project took only five days. The final cost was about twenty percent cheaper than some other estimates we received and the work came with a lifetime guarantee. So glad we chose this company. Janet and Ken C.
