This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

I just recently had an encapsulation done on a rather large house and from start to finish the process was smooth. I had obtained many quotes but no one could beat Alpha Foundations. The reviews were top notch for your company. Blake Shambro was the gentleman I was in contact with and I must say, patient will my 1,000 questions, reliable, quick response, all about the customer, and most of all very communicative. The foreman and techs were amazing and all said job was smooth and done in a very efficient amount of time. Hands down, I will call Blake Shambro again and again for any future projects.

We just had the pool deck lifted and stabilized at Mariner Village of Martin County condo. Association. Everyone at Alfa Foundations from my original contact with David Suarez and further negotiations with JakeTaddeo and a revisit with John Barnholdt was exemplary professional and informative. I was especially impressed by the quality of the two technicians, Anthony and George who actually performed the work. Not only were they very articulate in explaining the process, but they were proficient in the way they did their job and left everything clean and tidy upon completion. Great job guys. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations and their staff for any of your needs.

I had another competitor give me a proposal and it varied to the point it made me think if he actually told me the truth or just to make a sale. He never actually inspected my crawl space. Thanks to Alpha Foundations for helping lift and stabilize our house. The overall experience was really great. We have a very large home, and the team did an amazing job. The house was not level, and different areas were at different elevations. In the end, they lifted it by about 8 inches or more. A special thank you to Batuhan — he stayed in touch the entire time, answered all of our questions, and didn’t just try to sell the project. He was honest about all possible situations and the challenges we might face. The pier crew was incredible — I honestly fell in love with their work. They were very detail-oriented, kept everything as clean as possible, worked fast, and always arrived on time. Foreman Dylan discussed everything with us, was very polite, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell they work as a strong team. The poly crew was also amazing. They worked cleanly and carefully — you can barely see where they drilled unless you really look closely. Both crews worked together as much as needed to achieve the final result. If these guys are working on your project, you can be sure you’re in good hands. And to future customers — please be kind and polite to them, offer them some cold water or coffee. Management, please consider getting them massage memberships — they work incredibly hard, and I can’t imagine how much strain they put on their backs and muscles. I have gone down the list provided by Google maps for my search of "concrete driveway". I went through at least a dozen companies and not a single one of them answered. Is it really that difficult to employ minimum skilled workers to answer phones? Alpha not only answered the call, but was also able to schedule me a time to get an in-person estimate. The ONE other company that answered wants to give me a quote based on pictures I emailed. As if pictures can't be deceptive (and not necessarily on purpose!).
