We recently had AFS encapsulate our crawlspace, installing a drainage system, dehumidifier, wall vapor barrier, and sump pumps—and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Travis initially came out for our yearly inspection related to previous floor stabilization and noticed signs of moisture and potential concerns for mold. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to educate us on the issue and walk us through our options. He even returned in the evening to review everything with my husband, which we truly appreciated. Once we decided to move forward, AFS acted quickly, scheduling installation within just a few days. The entire process was seamless and well-communicated—we always knew when the team would arrive, what had been completed each day, and when they were leaving. The installation crew was top-notch—Riley, Nathon, Alex, Brent, and Conner were all professional, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident from start to finish. We highly recommend AFS to anyone needing crawlspace solutions or foundation work. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer service are truly outstanding!

Tyler came to our home and was very thorough with the foundation examination and also listing our best options going forward. We have had a basement leak and decided to go with a pump replacement and a new battery for the sump pump system. We feel prepared for any large rainstorms and our home is more protected because of Tyler and his team! Tyler did a great job as an AFS rep with great professionalism and high levels of knowledge about our specific situation.

William performed maintenance and an inspection of my crawl space. He was thorough and explained concerns that needed to be addressed. He wasn’t pushy or just interested in “selling” me on the work. I trusted him and what he told me, and that is often not the case when dealing with some companies.

The case manager Rhett came out for free estimate. The professionalism oozed out of this guy and had such a Charismatic way of presenting. Very Educated answers, knew his stuff, even had access to uplinks who were also knowledgeable. Knowing he is running the show also impedes the "left hand doesnt know what the right hand does" scenario. It will be a tremendous boon to work with this guy… and this company has a solid professional face through Rhett. Great impression left on my whole family.

Foundation Experts in Huntsville
Red clay soil is one of the most distinguishing characteristics of northern Alabama locales like Huntsville, Cullman, Decatur, and Florence. But this spells trouble for area homeowners like you. Alabama is the third U.S. state with the most annual precipitation. Clay soil is notorious for retaining water, significantly expanding when wet, exerting pressure against your foundation walls, and shrinking and leaving voids under your home during hot and dry summers. Telltale signs of trouble include wall cracks, leaking water, high humidity, mold growth, and sinking concrete around your property.
These issues may sound all too familiar to you, but with help from AFS, you’ll never have to worry about them again. We’ve helped thousands of Huntsville homeowners like you with their foundation, basement, crawl space, and concrete problems by installing innovative and trusted repair solutions.
