Courteous and professional service from start to finish! We had a major crack and an uneven path to our front porch, which was a tripping hazard. Since I'm not a professional concrete reapairman, I sought the help of the Groundworks team, and I'm very happy I did. Their field inspector Derek and Michael did a great job of explaining available options, setting expectations, and educating me on the process so I could make an informed decision. On the day of service, technicians Mike and Jackson arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a quick brief what they would be doing and made sure any questions that I had at the moment. They completed everything within a couple of hours and the work came out amazing. I am incredibly happy with the results. Both the price and the service, really showed me that they valued were dedicated to their work. I highly recommend Groundworks with all my friends who need the service.

Clem, Garrett, & Nick arrived in the time stated. Clem explained the process, discussed what they hoped to do & finished paperwork right away. The piller by our front door had sunk and was pulling the stone from our house around the front door, column and window. Their efforts alligned everything back up perfectly! Wow! This company is wonderful, and worth every dollar. The crew who came to our home to stabilize our previously-sinking house were better than we could have imagined. Here's what we loved about our Groundworks experience (in no particular order): 1. Blake, Warren, and Bobby were professional, kind, skilled, and they kept us updated on each step of the project. 2. They were on time, and they worked efficiently so we were not in a repair zone too long. 3. They are skilled beyond belief. They acted like "surgeons" when installing the supporting materials in our foundation. 4. They were a team! Blake, Warren, and Bobby knew what they needed to do, and they were a well-oiled machine. Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

I want a give a shout out to the best crew of workers we’ve had the pleasure of having do work for us!! The crew lead was Clem, who made a very stressful time for us very bearable. His pleasant and upbeat personality set the tone but he made sure we understood every step that was taken to provide protection to our foundation and mitigate any potential problems. He never asked his men to do anything he wasn’t willing to do himself. Garret, Nick, Ray and Warren were so pleasant, polite and hardworking! They were literally running up and down the stairs carrying buckets of cement. They cleaned up daily and were a joy to have. We would highly recommend them and Groundworks to anyone!
