We had a great experience with James Frunzi when he came out to evaluate the foundation issues at our home. From the beginning, he was extremely professional, polite, and always on time. James was very patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. He never rushed the conversation and made sure we understood the scope of the work and the steps involved. He also made multiple trips to our house and took several detailed measurements to ensure the estimate and plan were accurate. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Based on our experience so far, we feel confident moving forward with the project.

I want a give a shout out to the best crew of workers we’ve had the pleasure of having do work for us!! The crew lead was Clem, who made a very stressful time for us very bearable. His pleasant and upbeat personality set the tone but he made sure we understood every step that was taken to provide protection to our foundation and mitigate any potential problems. He never asked his men to do anything he wasn’t willing to do himself. Garret, Nick, Ray and Warren were so pleasant, polite and hardworking! They were literally running up and down the stairs carrying buckets of cement. They cleaned up daily and were a joy to have. We would highly recommend them and Groundworks to anyone!

I just wanted to say that these guys were extremely informational and cautious they stopped at the sign of unknown pipes and I also got to find out some cool historical facts about my houses old French drain system. They got straight to work and completed the job within the time promised for the job and were willing to answer any questions me or my mother had 11/10 for the burger on lunch break it came in clutch with our busy schedule recently I will refer groundworks to any friends or family who need this service we stayed in the home through the whole job Monday through Thursday it wasn't anywhere near as loud as I thought it was going to be and they were very understanding of my dogs and gave me 0 issues the whole time they were in my home.
