I had some concerns about possible moisture issues under my home as I live on a downward grade and considering home much rainfall we receive in the Carolinas. I contacted Drypro and they sent Chris Dugan the project manager to my home for a free estimate. He took photos and explained everything to me that was going on under my home and gave me his recommendations. Eric, Jose, and Michael were the technicians who handled the job, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. From start to finish, they were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They completely encapsulated my crawlspace and installed a sump pump and french drain as well as an auto dehumidifier. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they left the area clean and looking great. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it really shows. Highly recommend this team and company to anyone in need of waterproofing or foundation work. Thanks again, Chris, Eric, Jose, and Michael!

Basement gutter and sump installation went great. Oscar, Paulino and Bryant worked diligently to overcome unexpected obstacles and arrange things as I requested, and the result is all I could wish. DryPro did a much bigger project for us recently – stabilization, frame repairs, and crawlspace encapsulation. Obstacles were discovered then, too, but Hayden, Cameron, Javier, Blake and Brad and their teams all worked hard and long to make it come out right. Jesse, the DryPro inspector that came out initially, has also just been great throughout all this.

I was completely impressed by the Dry Pro process from the initial contact to the finished product. Chase, my Dry Pro rep explained the process in detail and set my expectations. The installation crew, Randall, Casey H and Andrew P exceeded all Customer Services criteria. They were punctual, respectful of the property, and did amazing installation work. They continually updated me on the project status. On the last day they took the time to walk me through the encapsulation and all the equipment. I will highly recommend Dry Pro for crawl space and foundation work.
