Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold! Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

I contacted Alpha Foundations as my house was cracking all around it outside and my foundation was showing. I had some cracks inside my house on the ceilings, floors, and walls as well as the driveway was all broken up and my street was cracking after already being partially repaired by the City. Ashton came out and did a thorough inspection of my property, told me what was necessary to fix it and explained how they would go about doing so. He also said my back corners to my house had dropped 1.0 & 1.2 inches causing my mattress to my bed to not be level. My scheduled date to come out was February 9th and they were ahead of schedule and called to come out sooner, but I didn't get the message until it was too late. Anyhow, they came out as scheduled on time. Steven, Isaac and David were exceptionally nice and friendly, and polite as was Ashton and explained what they were going to do and answered any additional questions I had. I ended up having to get an additional 6 piers around the front of the house as it had horizonal cracks and Steven wanted to make sure the house was well protected and wouldn't cost me more to fix it down the road. He said with having to get permits again and with the price of materials always going up, it was best I took care of it then to prevent any further damage. They did an excellent job with everything and cleaned up after themselves too. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with all these fine young men and I would definitely recommend Alpha Foundations to anyone in need of foundation repairs in the future. Thank you, Patty

Alpha Foundations has always done great work, and as a home inspector I have always recommended them. On one of my properties they added some supports and joists. The technicians Ben, Antoine and Barak did the installation and were great to work with. They were fast, did not disturb, and were kind enough to listen to my rambling about the house. They made the process so much easier than expected and would highly recommend.

The crew Steven, Chris and Brandon just finished our foundation stabilization. Steven explained the procedure and cost in detail in two different meetings. He was very professional, yet warm in his presentation. Before the work started I was given a written contract for my files and addendum to the contract. I so appreciated their professionalism in completing the work and keeping me informed of their progress. they were also friendly and it was a very cohesive team. I appreciate the hard work they did. They are excellent representatives for your company!

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’. Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements! I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

Dylan, Jake, Alberto, Charles and Blake did a fantastic job from the initial contact and estimation of the job to the installation of the towers and finally to the installation of the foam. I feel confident that we will no longer have any water intrusion through our foundation. When they were done each day, you could not even see that they had been there .They were always on time, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend Alpha Foundations.

Foundation Experts in Ocala
Your Ocala home is a significant investment that needs proper maintenance to ensure its safety and structural integrity. As soon as you notice a problem, make sure you take care of it as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will only get worse and lead to more damage, unsafe or unhealthy living conditions for your family, and even more expensive repairs down the road. Some problems are more common and more dangerous than others, such as foundation and water management issues.
These can happen for many reasons, but the soil under and around your home as well as the weather can have significant negative impacts. Central Florida locations including Ocala, Belleview, and Silver Springs Shores experience hot summers, somewhat cooler winters, and year-round rain and high humidity. The different types of sandy soils also have varying drainage properties ranging from well-drained to poorly drained. The latter is the problem child that can lead to leaks, a flooding crawl space, structural damage, mold growth, wood rot, and other issues.
Don’t let these problems fester. Fix them the right way the first time around with help from local professionals at Alpha Foundations. Our permanent foundation, crawl space, drainage, and concrete repair solutions will help you create a safer and healthier living environment that you can enjoy for years to come.
