We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!

This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. Anderson was very informative on the step by step process for a crawlspace encapsulation and installation of a dehumidifier. He provided pictures of the areas that need taken care of. The crew Darrell, Andrew and EJ were great! Darrell called every morning to let me know they were on the way. He let me know the progress they were making and the issues he saw. When the job was complete he send me the pictures of the final encapsulation and dehumidifier. It looks amazing! They were very professional and polite.
