Our sunroom (an elevated, attached structure sitting on a hill with three outside walls) was sinking at the far end and pulling away from the house on the inner wall. The crew that Indiana Foundation sent out for the fix was amazing. Anthony W. , Bruce T. and Mike A. were the hardest working crew I’ve ever observed. Never once did I see any of them just standing around. They thoroughly explained everything, Anthony kept us informed at each step of the project and they were all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were also very considerate of our landscaping. To our surprise (another company had said it couldn’t be done) they were able to lift the room, level and stabilize the structure and close the gap on the inner wall. From the very beginning when we received our estimate and signed our contract (with Jim D., who was also great to work with) to the end of the project took only five days. The final cost was about twenty percent cheaper than some other estimates we received and the work came with a lifetime guarantee. So glad we chose this company. Janet and Ken C.

I had some minor foundation concerns in my basement and got a few quotes before deciding who to go with. Indiana Foundation Services was hands down the most honest company I talked to, and their pricing was fair too, so it was an easy choice. My sales rep Michael was great to work with. He really knew what he was talking about and actually listened to what was going on in my basement instead of just trying to sell me the biggest package available. We walked through a few different options and eventually landed on what would be the best combination to resolve the issue, while still staying under budget. The scheduling process was extremely convenient and it was a very smooth handoff from sales to the production team. The crew showed up on time on install day. John Knuckles was the foreman and Joshua Mitchell was the installer, and honestly these guys worked hard. The concrete ended up being much thicker than anyone anticipated, but they stuck with it and got the job done right. It's not an easy job and they never complained once. They kept everything clean the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Throughout the job they kept explaining what they were doing and why, so I always knew what was going on instead of just being left in the dark. Everything looks perfect now. A supervisor also stopped by at one point to check in on the guys and make sure they had what they needed, and he also asked if I had any questions, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall just a really solid experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, hardworking crew, and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs foundation or waterproofing work done. I'll be calling them again if I ever need anything else.

This is a review of Daniel McGowan, but also the company Groundworks. The house I have is in Carmel IN. I just bought it and felt it was in need of the services Groundworks provides. Daniel inspected concrete repairs, eg lifting vs replacement, and performed a foundation survey looking for settling. He also did an extremely thorough crawlspace inspection looking for excessive moisture, structure, fatigue, contamination, and how to best perform mitigation. Had Dakota come out to Knightstown and he was very helpful. While he had recommendations for my immediate issue, he also took extra time to educate me on other aspects of my house I wasn't aware of so that I could make the best decisions not only for my foundation but other restorations as well.
