I called Indiana foundation service and they called me immediately back or should I say I filled out a form on Facebook I got a call from Richard . He set up an appointment for today so within 48 hours I had an appointment. He arrived when he said he was going to, he was very professional and so friendly.hat He showed me all my problems going on in my basement I felt so good about all the information that he went over with me. I'm going to have his company fix my issues and finally be done with a wet basement. He's been here almost all day long explaining things going through details answering all my questions and my fears. He did an awesome job ! I would highly recommend Richard and the company he represents for anyone with basement issues. Hopefully all the other people that work at this company have the same personality as he does, because he is very friendly, professional and it was a joy having him at my house! Randy Nelson did a phenomenal job and took the time to educate me about all things foundation. He thoroughly inspected my basement and foundation and determined all was good. I appreciated the fact he was honest and did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. He did tell me in his opinion the water issue we had was a result of a window seal and they don’t handle that kind of repair.
