Advised never appropriate for correcting my problems. Bob has given me several ideas and prommised to help in anyway he could. Just him educating us and giving ideas is all I can ask for. As the owner of keystone basement had already told me it was not a job for his company yet offered his service for a job that was not needed. Keystone offered a dry basement for 8,000. But still I'm suffering with water in my basement. My full review on poor service for Keystone Basement is posted on the Keystone Basements site. Beware where you go. Beware of Keystone Basement get everything in writing. Hold them accountable for a dry basement that they advertise. I regret ever calling them and being taken in by the nice sales rep that promise to resolve my water damage knowing with my disability I couldn't keep track of their work. Beware of Keystone Basement promises!!

I first used Groundworks one year ago to install a drain and sump pump to correct a water problem in the basement. It has completely fixed the problem. Today, a team worked to encapsulate a crawl space in another part of the basement. The team of Cale, Joey, Gauge, and Brad showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. Everyone in the company communicates well and is responsive. The teams, both this year and last year, are extremely neat and leave the work space in great condition.

Wendell W. came to look at my water issue. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done to correct it. Cale, Shay and Joel came to start the waterproofing project and discovered that the back wall of my house was bowing. Martin came to evaluate what needed done. The team stabilized my back wall and also did the interior work to fix the water issue. Installing the stabilizing bars wasn't easy due to so much rock. The guys worked very hard (they had to rent another machine) and got the job done in one day!! The guys cleaned up the inside and left the outside looking great!! I look forward to seeing the system do its job. I would recommend Bakers Waterproofing! Thanks

Chris Presutti of the Pittsburgh, PA, office did a thorough inspection of the collapsing wall around the in-basement water well in my 123 year old home. He explained everything that he was seeing, and explained that what I actually needed was a contractor to tear out and rebuild the wall. He also gave recommendations of how it could be done effectively. This all at no charge to me even though Groundworks would not be doing the work. If I have any problems in the future, I definitely will be calling Groundworks.
