Mike, who did the initial visit and assessment, Blake and his crew who did installation, and Jeremy who did the first year follow up- have all been knowledgeable, professional, and given really excellent customer service. The most recent follow up with Jeremy was especially helpful, he answered all of my questions and took the time to go through options with me to better protect my foundation. That time and thoroughness makes me have a lot of trust and appreciation for this business.

What can I say about my experience with the team. Chris Boyd did a comprehensive inspection, including crawling around in my crawlspace (and even brought me up the hammer I had left down there a couple months earlier). Daniel Mages and Scott Worthington were the technicians who did the concrete lift to my driveway and sidewalk sections. They showed up on time as scheduled (even provided me a courtesy call first to let me know when they would be arriving). The concrete lift and stabilization work was professional, and the sealing of the joints they did look amazing. I only wish I had taken the initiative to have the work done sooner. Thank you.

History
Foundation repair came naturally to founder Ted Munkres. Munkres started working on homes even before graduating high school and serving in the U.S. Navy. Beginning his home-building career in 1980, Munkres made a name for himself as an honest businessman while learning and understanding the various support structures in the Western Colorado area.
This history and experience led him to start Foundation Repair of Western Colorado in 2005. In sharing his extensive knowledge with the FRWC team, they were able to expand outside of Western Colorado and now serve homeowners in parts of Utah.
In January of 2020, Groundworks was pleased to announce the acquisition of the FRWC brand and gain its wealth of knowledge in the region. Through training and customer-focused engagements facilitated by Groundworks, FRWC was able to grow into the company Munkres envisioned.
