We've earned 131 five star reviews.

"I have had several jobs done by this company. When they say that customer satisfaction is their priority, they mean it. The first job was a waterproofing for my basement, which has worked flawlessly thus far after nearly 4 years. The most recent job is much more complicated. I got a battery backup sump pump and crawl space encapsulation. It was actually fairly poorly done, and there was a flood in my basement a couple of days later, ironically, as well as a lot of water damage in my laundry room amongst a few other things. I reached out to them about it and spoke with Field Supervisor Levi, and GM Joe Manion, who are both spectacular men to interact with in a situation like this. They were both kind and understanding of the difficult time I was having. They not only fixed the issues the last crew didn't complete or didn't do well, but they also made up for it by offering either a discount on my job or the option of additional work done. I chose to get some additional work done as I needed it anyway, and the experience was as fantastic as I am used to from this company. The crew they sent out to do my basement egress window were superb, and the foreman was more than accommodating and polite the entire time. I really wish I could remember the foreman's name. You can tell he really cares about his crew, his customer, and is very skilled at his job. Overall, I am very happy with not only the quality of work out of this company, but also the lengths they will go to make things right for a customer. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need any more work that they provide!"

Common Causes of your Foundation Problems in Circleville

Are you noticing cracks in your walls or sticking doors at home? These common concerns might signal issues with your home's foundation, particularly in areas around Circleville. The interaction between soil and moisture can significantly impact your home's structural integrity. Like many places, Circleville experiences seasonal moisture swings due to its varied weather patterns, which can cause soil to expand and contract. This change affects the stability of the ground your home rests on, particularly in areas with clay-heavy soil that tends to hold water. During wet periods, soil can swell, and during dry periods, it contracts, leading to movement and settlement over time.

This movement puts stress on your foundation, basement, or crawl space walls, potentially resulting in common signs like uneven floors, cracks in the walls, and doors or windows that don't close properly. If these symptoms sound familiar, early detection can make a significant difference in preventing further damage. Pooling water or persistent dampness in basements or crawl spaces could also hint at improper drainage or a compromised foundation. Addressing these signs and understanding what's happening beneath your home can help maintain its structural health and prevent costly repairs down the road.

Homes in Circleville may require foundation work after 10–15 years due to soil conditions, weather variations, or construction practices that put stress on the foundation over time.
