My home was built in 2012, and over the years it has been sinking and needed foundation work to stabilize the home and stop the sinking. Also, the Crawlspace needed a lot of work. I contacted AquaGuard. Johnathan (Crew Leader), Jay and Cole installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home. After the Piers installation, Kornbred (Crew Leader) and JW did the Crawlspace Encapsulation. The Crawlspace was transformed from a grotesque dirty area into a clean healthier area. Johnathan, Jay, Cole, Kornbred, and JW were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They knew how to correct/repair my home's issues. They worked hard and never gave up even when things got tough. They communicated with me throughout the process, which made me feel good about what was being done. I highly recommend these Individuals and AquaGuard.

I had Groundworks come out and level out my front sidewalk. They also leveled out my rear concrete steps and added a low-grade downspout. The old one collapsed, and the steps were sinking. They also leveled out my patio and fill in all the cracks Everything was done in a timely matter and they were very professional I had Aaron Lenker & Matt Engel. These guys got it done and did a full questionnaire at the end to make sure I was satisfied. They also went above and beyond and filled in a gap for me while they were here I would recommend this company to anyone that has concrete issues or basement moisture problems.

Awesome service all the way around. Our sidewalk had sunk a few inches in places leaving a dangerous tripping hazard. The company responded immediately to my inquiry. John came by and we discussed their approach. The repair estimate was significantly less than replacing the sidewalk. Scheduling was easy – less than 2 weeks. David came out and got right to it – he raised the sidewalk, patched a couple of areas and cleaned up in about 3 hours. They have great warranty should we have further settling. Highly recommend.

Tyler M. arrived on time for a free inspection of my basement foundation issue. He was kind, and professional and a good listener to my story about what happened in my basement and how it happened. Tyler M. explained the 3 options that I have to keep water from coming into my basement from storms. He also went out of his way to make some calls on my behalf to find other companies to help me resolve my other basement issues. I highly recommend Tyler M. He has very good problem solving skills. He wrote up the quote while still at my home and walked me through it. I don’t know yet which option I will pick, but I know Tyler M. will continue to be great to work with!

He was able to use examples and language I could understand (not being in the business). I was very happy with his work and he settled my anxiety about the leak I was experiencing. We had excess moisture issues in our crawlspace. Our experience with Dry Pro was outstanding from start to finish. Brook Hobgood, the Certified Field Inspector, was very thorough in his presentation. Pricing was up-front, financing was easy, and there were no surprises. We knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up on each particular day. Hayden, the technician, gave us a heads-up with the exact arrival time for each installation day. The crews were polite and friendly, answering any questions we had. They were also very efficient with their time and completed everything exactly when they said they would. They made sure we knew our satisfaction was their top priority. We were confident going into the installation and we remain confident that if there are ever any issues that Dry Pro will stand behind their work. We are able to monitor our crawlspace with a device and any questions are quickly addressed. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone without a moment's hesitation!

We had such a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems and I highly recommend them! Communication was great all around. The salesman Eric S was super helpful! He explained what another contractor did wrong and helped me with how to respond to that contractor. He took texts and answered questions prior to us signing the contract, and then between signing and install. Then the crew who did the install was fantastic too! Foreman Greg H and his crew worked so hard and fast! They did a helpful walk through before the job began and answered questions. On the second day of install was a snowstorm and they came anyways to finish the job, even though they could have delayed. One of the guys was manually mixing cement in 0 degree temps! They laid the cement very nicely, much smoother than the contractor we had before. And I was especially impressed that the cleaned up so well, better than how they found it (with the mess from the earlier contractor).

I scheduled BAU to come out and do and inspection and confirmed that the misc cracks were being caused by settling foundation. The inspector, Chance, was outstanding making sure to explain what was happening and how to correct it. Our house needed 16 push piers to stabilize parts of the house that were settling up to 1 3/4". I've never been more stressed out. Enter Luis, Ken, and a few others whose names escape me. They were fantastic completing the work in about a week. It's hard to explain exactly what was done, but I ca. tell you that these guys know what they're doing. BAU also did some concrete work that also turned out great. Im extremely happy with my decision to use BAU/Grounworks and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others needing g this type of work. Well done! and thank you!

We had our yearly inspection with Caden… he was absolutely genuine and very professional. He noticed that there was black mold in the crawl space and he recommended that have it insulated and waterproofed. We also needed some electrical work done to allow our sub pump to run properly. Our project was scheduled for Feb 3rd. We were extremely impressed with how well the foreman Iran * communicated with us and made sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. His team of Chris *. And Earl * were extremely friendly and did a great job with clearing out the mess from inside the crawl space. We are very pleased with how well the project was completed.

Andre Williams was on time very knowledgeable at his job. Excellent customer service advised me of other things that were needed to improve the air quality in my home. March 18 2025 Parris and Kyle with afs were on time and were very professional. Parris was the lead and he explained the entire process before the work commenced. We had 3 sections of our side driveway repaired. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. Both Parris and Kyle were attentive to the questions and very professional. Very appreciate of the work done to solve water issues in my basement. Antoine Gant, Gerald Peoples, and Troy Griffin did a phenomenal job installing a drainage system and pump. Along with the installation work, they also helped clear all the sandbags away from the work area. I’m thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond the scope of the job. It was a huge help. They were tidy, patient, and open to answering any questions I had. After they were done they gave me very specific instructions on how to manage the work area. No complaints at all about the work these gentleman did in my home! Blessings.

We had Zander and Abdul come do work at our house today. Both were polite and respectful. They explained the process used and their findings as they had worked. The areas they worked were cleaned up well after the work leaving only the clean lines where the product was visible. Together we figured out some things that may been aggravating in the past and how the lifting will elevate a lot of the prior issues. Pleased with the process.

Just a quick shout out to American Foundation Specialists, Tommy, Jeremy and Dylan for getting our dining room floor and floor joists replaced. We had water damage from Hurricane Katrina in the original portion of our home that was built in 1909. Over the last 20 years, the old wood flooring began to deteriorate. The construction team members from AFS were very professional, and maintained a clean work area. They even identified a small gas leak that had to be dealt with by Spire Energy. We are grateful that the guys were quick to assist us with getting the gas leak identified and safely handled. Phelan and Annette Johnson
