Answered my questions, showed me before and after repair. Overall satisfied! Crew consisted of: John Sauceda, Certified Field Inspector, Austin Holt, Foreman-Lead Technician, Josh Robinson, Technician…Communication last week when bitter cold was non-existent, job was postponed on day of repair, but only after I called. 48hrs prior to repair today, I was getting text messages and updates. Great recovery. Communication is key.

I just got my crawlspace repaired by AFS and they did a great job. Two guys, I think their names were Levar and Osario, undid what a previous crew had done, and then got everything squared away. If you’re getting work done by AFS, you want these two to do it. While they worked, I could hear them joking around, and considering they were in wet and freezing conditions, I knew they loved their job. It all looks great and performs its purpose. Thank you!

During the ice storm of 2025, I lost power for eight days. FSM had encapsulated my Crawl Space August 2024. During the power outage, the crawlspace filled with approximately 18 inches of water. I just had Cameron P out to make sure everything is up and running. He checked the battery, the dehumidifier and the sump pumps. All is well! Highly recommended! They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always brought concerns to my attention promptly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Brice, the salesman, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make arrangements, even answering questions via text on weekends. His dedication really stood out. I can’t recommend this company enough! I had a difficult retaining wall repair that involved digging through lots of rocks. This company was able to do the repair for 1/3 the cost of a competitor. Emily did our estimate and was very thorough and straightforward. I really like how she coordinated with her supervisor and work crew foreman right there on site using video chat so that there were no after the fact surprises on the estimate. Andres Perez was our project foreman and I feel like he thoroughly exceeded my expectations. He was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my many questions.

Excellent experience overall. I had to wait a couple of months to get work done and the scheduling department was confusing. When they did come to do the Intelijack install under our porch/hall crawl space- Larry and Felix did a really good job. I was amazed at how hard they worked , with minimal breaks and a very long day. They cleaned the site underneath porch, then dug 7 holes , laid the marble stone and fitted the jacks and install all in one day. Cleaned up and left the site spotless. Then, another crew came out to install an indoor basement french drain and vapor barrier. Again great work. Amazing team with many men: Terrance, Mohammed, Isaiah, Kevin, Melvin, Shakeem, Chino, Israel and Jay. Great work guys!!! Team players, very nice and hard workers. Quality work. Only complaint is Groundworks doesn't do any caulking of hole around drain pipe on exterior of home and the stairwell steps had to be removed in order to install drain and they didn't nail steps back into place. It would have been nice if those things could have been done. Also the new dehumidifier does make a bit of noise. They say it is very quiet, we are getting used to it though. It's not too, too loud , but definitely noticeable. As far as drain goes-So far so good. Haven't had a large enough rain storm yet to tell if problem is solved.

I had my crawl space encapsulated. We had a problem with moisture seeping through the cement blocks of the crawl space, which then allowed mold to grow. Freddy, Jesus, and Juan did a great job with the installation. They were efficient and the process only took a few hours. Justin the electrician was also really great. And Steven our salesman was very helpful and informative. The price was fair too. I would recommend JES Foundation if you need your crawl space encapsulated.

My crew; Jefferson J, Francisco P, Jose T, and Quion were absolutely outstanding. They kept me informed of arrival times, what procedures they were doing and the effect of those procedures. All worked without taking a break because they said they were behind schedule because of recent rain. They allowed me to watch what they were doing and explaining how their actions were effecting change. I am sure they probably were getting tired of answering my questions, but they never showed it and gave answers that I could understand easily. Everybody was happy and very professional. When the job was done Jefferson walked me through what all they had done and asked me for any questions, made sure that I was satisfied with how they left everything. Overall, I could barely tell that they were there(with the exception of the areas that they dug.). They did an exceptional job of replacing the concrete that they had to break through. All things considered, if everything holds (and it should because of the lifetime transferable warranty.) I am extremely happy.

We had water coming up through laminated flooring in our finished basement. First thought was that we had a foundation issue, so we called JES Foundation Repair. Wylace was very responsive via text messaging and arrived exactly on time for our scheduled appointment. He did an outstanding job of "playing detective" (as he put it) to determine the source of the water. He quickly identified that the water was actually coming from a cold water pipe with a slow leak, allowing water to drip down the inside of a wall and then onto the cement floor underneath the laminate. There was no charge for the inspection or Wylace's excellent detective work. Honest, straightforward company, would definitely call again in the future (although I hope I don't have to!).

My recent work in my challenging basement was a wonderful experience…there were multiple challenges and shoddy work they had to deal with, and they did a fantastic job….the plumbing was bad, areas where pipes were not even connected…to say the least.Austen T,and his crew with Jason C,Noah B,and Blake C were top notch and hard workers, always kept me informed of their progress, day by day updates,answered all my questions besides explaining the structural issues..Can't say enough good things about your amazing crew..your lucky to have them and hope they continue on their journey with the company…On top of everything,the ice was a big issue also as I live on the side of a hill…Big applause to all involved.. definitely will recommend the company to anyone needing your services 🫵✌️👍🥇 💯🤝

I just had Wade Siler come take a look at my house's foundation. We were seeing cracking in the corners of our doorways and on our garage door. Wade checked every corner of our house's foundation, all around our troubled areas. Come to find out the foundation was in good shape. He proved it with a laser level. The interior issues appear to be from vibrations in the house causing the cracks. The drywall needs some expansion joints. The issues outside around the garage door are from the lintel beam sagging. Again, he proved it with the laser level. Wade was super honest about everything and I highly recommend him coming out to take a look at your house even if you have just the slightest concern about foundation issues. Thanks Wade!!!!
