Brandon reviewed the needs at my home and provided the estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions in detail. Cody was the foreman of the job on site and I was very pleased with his work. His crew of Mason and Noah worked for several days, always updating me with information and never hesitated to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Hi! This is Mona from Taylorsville and I would like to tell you about my experience with AFS Foundation repair and waterproofing. I would like to say my meeting with Alex Parker-a specialist with AFS-, was a great experience. I thought I might be having some foundation problems with my home. I googled and found AFS. I made a call and spoke with Katrina. She was quite pleasant to speak with, very mannerly and really understanding. She asked a few questions and immediately wanted to set an appointment the very next day. Shortly after I hung up the phone, Alex Parker gave me a call. He was the gentleman that was coming to do my inspection. I really was anxious on how the meeting and inspection would go…afraid I would be talked into something very expensive, mainly because I didn't know if I had issues or not. Needless to say, Alex was very thorough in his inspection. (almost 2 hours)…He came back in the house wanting to show me the pics he had taken and he was very quick to set my fears at rest….nothing majorly wrong. I immediately thanked MY JESUS for answered prayer. I also let him know I had been praying so hard that there would not be an expensive situation that I could not afford. I learned that Alex also led his life pleasing the Lord as well as his customers. I would recommend Alex Parker anytime to someone looking for foundation, concrete repair or waterproofing. A very nice and caring young man.

When your foundation springs a leak, it makes for a horrible reason to meet new people. But it was a pleasure to work with everyone on the team. From Adam coming and inspecting an educating me on your system. Talk about thorough, courteous, and very professional. To Landon and his team getting to work right away. What a great group of people. Well mannered and educated on there job. No hesitation when answering any question. Not to mention professional and costumer service second to none. They were in and out in the time that was projected. They were very easy to work with. Unfortunately foundation work isn't cheap. But with the finish product, customer care and professionalism I do believe I did get my money's worth. But to be honest the first big rain will be the ultimate test. I will update as soon as we have one. But as of now no regrets in hiring this wonderful group of people. Thank you guys for making a bad experience tolerable. No 5 stars , because that's perfection. And Noone is perfect. But definitely 4.7 stars.

Dustin Latterell was amazing- one of the most courteous and thorough experts I’ve had in my home. He went way above and beyond- took time to share his expertise and make sure I clearly understood the state of my existing system but also everything about the rest of my home- he took careful measurements and was able to put together drawings and specifications while still on site. He took extra care to sit down with me and run through everything he did and all of the recommendations based on the inspection. We talked about what projects that could be advantageous to do now and others that could be done later. Very informative and no-pressure conversation. I know a lot more about my house and garage and the current state of the foundation, and he was able to take a look at my deck and propose a couple quick and easy options that would prevent further sinking without ripping out the deck or yard or a bunch of construction. I genuinely felt like he was treating my house like it was his own- an exceptional level of care. It’s people like Dustin that really make the difference when choosing who to trust with this kind of work. 11 out of 10. Real pros

Shout at to the entire crew at AFS. From my inspector, Eric Knowlton, through the Production Manager, James Such, to my hands own crew lead by foreman Nikoli Elrod and his stud group of co-foreman and installers including: Christian Parrish, Edgar Perez and Clayton Cox. I just can't say enough good things about this project and the team that installed it. Our home had experienced differential settlement along the left rear corner, needed extensive stabilization of its floor framing, and had tons of both water and vapor reaping havoc in my crawlspace. The AFS team landed like the marines and just took care of business. They called every day before heading out, as well as activating an app that let me track their progress like a pizza delivery — just not used to that with home construction projects. They showed up on time and worked late and completed our projects ahead of schedule And most importantly, they did all of this while remaining amazingly kind and respectful. These are the sort of folks you want to work around your home. Thanks again to Nikoli and crew for a phenomenal job at our home! PS: Below is a picture of them taking the time to help me lift my pool table. Completely beyond the scope of their contracted work, but illustrative of their can do attitude:)

Groundworks – we were so skeptical. Had so many questions and then tried to resolve the matter on our own (by slanting adjacent soils away from the house). However, our house new (15-18 years old) extension kept sinking. So for us we ordered screw jacks. It’s still too new to know how well this will work but we do know Doors are already easier to operate The warranty is lifelong on the house And, the crew that installed it could in been more professional nor caring if our property. Big shout out to the foreman Silvino Hernandez and his amazing crew Alvin, Jorge, Antonio and Roberto. Thank you for easing our minds that this was the right direction for us.

I called Groundworks due to an issue with my driveway, but Matt stated their inspection can include an inspection of the house inside and outside as part of the free inspection. He not only checked my home but took detailed measurements and gave me an itemized list of the cost and damages. The foundation on my slab home sunk 2 1/4 inches causing large cracks in the walls ect. The engineer Joe from FRS explained throughly what happened to my home and what it would take to fix it. He answered all my questions and and never pressured me to do anything. Nate and his crew Brian, Josh and Jaeden came out to fix my foundation on a freezing cold December day. They went beyond and above by clearing out the workspace. They spent 2 days fixing my foundation. Then they came back twice this spring to restore the concrete patio and rock bed. They put my raised gardens back. Nate and his crew were amazing. They were also the nicest, politest young men. Nate took took his time explaining the process to me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I was told many things was wrong including the corner was sinking and he set up a tripod and showed me what the real issue was, how it was corrected and gave a very fair price with a lifetime warranty for me or future owners.
