I have had some foundation settling and wanted to get some professionals out to take a look and give some quotes. I had three companies come out, and AFS was the one I was most impressed with. Alan McConnell was my inspector and he took his time, didn’t seem in a rush, and truly made it seem more like a friend helping me than something transactional. As someone who is often a DIY’er I appreciated his detail and insight on options, methods, etc. Their quote was competitive and I don’t have any complaints. Definitely give them a call if you need some foundation help!

Some times you have a company come out and the employees just stand out and do great work and deserve recognition. The crew from AFS Anthony, Devin, and Hunter were absolutely amazing. Anthony stayed in constant contact with me, from before they arrived each morning to each time they were leaving the property to get supplies, to when they were completing each work day. When it came time for the repair, Raymond and Gavin were equally professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time, completed the work with great attention to detail, and left my sinking sidewalk level, safe, and looking great. I noticed some cracks in my foundation and some starting to go up to the roof. JES had weatherized my years before so I asked them about it and they showed me where my house was sinking, causing the foundation and walls to crack. I had them come and do the foundation work and it was amazing. They jacked up the house in some areas and I couldn’t see the cracks anymore. They stabilized everything and now I feel so much better. It was scary to see that happening. These guys worked so hard and were excited to show me the cracks were closed. They took great pride in their work and did an excellent job. Great work ethic and were here when they were supposed to be. Can’t say enough good things about this whole experience.
