He even took pictures of the space under my house so I could see what it all looked like. I had never seen the space since I can’t go under the house! FRS did a lot of work in our basement. Nathan was great to work with and very professional. They put in a drain system under our foundation (along our entire front perimeter of the house) that leads to a new sump pump. The crew was great and very respectful to our home. Highly recommend.

Super service… able to reschedule concrete lifting job before originally scheduled. Parris Houghins and Benjamin Esparza kept us in the loop from the time to set out until they arrived. Parris explained the entire job, the approximate time it would take, and asked if I had any questions. I told him my concerns and he understood my requirements. He and Benjamin started and when finished explained what was done, how it was done, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even cleaned the work area and left the area spic and span! Two excellent workers are shining stars at AFS.

We had an outstanding experience with Groundworks. The team was professional from day one, walking us through every stage of the project and keeping us updated with photos as the work progressed. They removed our garage floor and installed a brand‑new reinforced floor with rebar, extra gravel for compaction, and the workmanship is top‑notch. What really stood out was how friendly and genuine the crew was — Eric, Olekssandr, Roman, and Vitalii made the entire process easy and comfortable. I can’t recommend Groundworks enough!

Had a great experience with Gary. I called him out for what I thought was a water proofing issue and discovered it was actually a plumbing issue. He was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He also took the time to point out several ASAP maintenance items to help me avoid future headaches. It’s very rare to find that level of honesty and kindness that he has versus just wanting to make money or take advantage. Highly recommend.. GO GARY!!!

They asked if I had any questions before starting their work. They ended up doing a little then originally planned at no cost because they could tell one side of the garage had more settling under the concrete. They cleaned up the area before leaving.
