We recently purchased a home built in 2023. Within 2 months, we knew something was very wrong. There was always a ring of mud around the home. The realtor told us "that's from atvs and trucks; it just needs some landscaping and grass seed." But no, that's not what the house needed. Our new home was drowning in water. When the electrician dug to access lines, water came rushing away from the house in the gravel. They ran to check the crawl space and under the black plastic, there is was clear as day: 5 inches of water everywhere. The plumber who made sure there were no water leaks to blame the flooding on recommended AFS to us. We called right then and there and within a week, we had a technician assess the crawl space. We needed 2 sump pumps ASAP and when they were being dig, the foundation would be fully exposed and further inspected. 3 out of 4 holes drilled into the foundation by the sellers were left wide open to ground water and had absolutely no efforts made to seal the foundation. Worse, we found out why my nose has been itchy and stuffy and why my husband was having terrible sinus problems and headaches; all that water had caused mold to form on the wooden beams under the home AND in the insulation beneath the floor of our home. The on-site, inspections, written assessments and photographic evidence done by AFS are expert level services. Their team, Bobby, Jesse, Bailey, Spencer, and Elekier were all knowledgeable and prepared to help us understand the problems and fix them. We never felt mumbo-jumbo'd or talked over with technical speak. We were respected throughout every step of the process and were helped very quickly. Praise is due to AFS. Highly recommend.

It kept me informed on what they were doing cleaned up what little mess they made which was job related answered all my questions. Make sure I was 100% satisfied before they left, I would highly recommend them and the ASF people. They have never disappointed me. They take pride in their work and it shows.

We started with Zach, who set everything up to have our foundation slightly raised and stabilized. Unfortunately the work was postponed due to Hurricane Milton. However, Zach kept us informed about the permit progress. The work crew was Jake, Charles, Alberto, and Tori. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
