I needed push piers to stabilize my home’s foundation, and after getting several quotes, I chose Groundworks. Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits—for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I’m glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it’s better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I’d recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent—very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn’t like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you’re spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great—he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won’t have any more issues going forward.

Workers, Aaron Hudson & Zach Taylor, were very efficient in repairing and leveling our driveway apron. They were on time, and kept us advised of when they would be here. Our first contact was with Kristopher (forgot last name), their sales rep; he measured, TWICE to ensure accuracy, before he gave us a 'bid' (or quote). I contacted another company for the same project; their quote was 2 times HIGHER, than FSS. The work was completed on time, and the crew cleaned up really well. I have NO problem recommending this company for ANY kind of leveling project. I am 90 years old, and 'picky' about who I recommend. Take it from me; this company deserves your trust!

Our experience with IBA was fantastic from beginning to end. We discovered some pretty bad foundation damage in our garage and IBA had someone out the next day. Michael Kurr was our estimator – he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was happening and what could be done. When the team showed up 6 weeks later, they couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. Nick Swanson and Devon Alexander were our main team, and they always stopped to take the time and explain everything to us in a patient manner, despite fighting constant flooding in our dig. I was very impressed with how they were able to execute the plan exactly as stated, despite multiple setbacks from Mother Nature. Very impressed with these guys. I really hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call 🙂

I was very impressed with the job the crew did replacing my crawl space posts and leveling the floor. They were able to close up all the cracks from the settlement, and also helped address a few long outstanding squeaks in the floor. Luis was also great at communicating some issues he found with the existing beams and how they resolved it. The initial inspection and quote process from Daniel was also surprisingly painless compared to other companies— a fair price and solid explanations for what was going on, without trying to upsell.

I appreciated the thorough crawl space consultation and inspection provided by Zachariah M this past week. It was almost a 2 hour consultation which I was warned about but for good reason. There is definite value in that consultation time because he went thru the crawl space and took detailed photos which he shared. He also shared a visual layout of the crawl space and did a live sketch drawing of the materials in different ink colors and how it will be laid and layered and numbered them to show how that would be reflected in the itemized cost. He even showed samples of the materials so I can see them in 3D. He gave me options that allowed me to mix and match and see exactly how that would affect the final product and cost estimate. And once we reached my comfortable price point along with his detailed guidance of the process and the work, I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to hire Groundworks for my crawl space project. My decision was based not just on price but how thorough the consultation was with receipts to show for it and so the time spent during the consultation has tremendous value. I look forward to providing a final review of the work by the crews as the next step.

Groundworks was great to work with. I had a leak in my basement and Jeremy from Groundworks came to my home and clearly explained what they would do. The cost was less than their competitors. Emanuel and Luis installed everything and they were very professional, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Emanuel asked me often if I had any questions and he kept me informed as to all the steps in the process. He and Luis worked diligently all day and were able to complete the project in one day. They tested the sump pump to make sure it worked and a few days after they left, we got rain and I had NO water in my basement. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Groundworks.

Supervisor Santos Cruz, and mechanics Corey Markie and Lucus Butista were top notch, polite, professional, and skilled. This is the first time I have had a contractor/job supervisor keep me informed throughout the job at every stage, and actually do what they said they were going to do exactly. Santos Cruz answered any question I had in person by phone or text. Santos Cruz responded every time, and actually offered information to make sure all parties understood the entire process they were doing. Cannot say anything else except Jes and the people mentioned, did an excellent job and I would use them again for sure.

From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.

They were friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The job was done perfectly and a day and a half early! Samuel W., aka Cooper, and Ceasar G. did an exceptional job injecting the PolyRenewal( structural foam) under the tile. Cooper was so careful not to damage the flooring. Wow! Cooper and Ceasar were professional and polite. Gavin, my project engineer, never dropped the ball. Anytime I had a question, he always responded to my calls or texts. I recently had the privilege of having my basement crawlspace encapsulated (3-layer protection) by Groundworks and I am beyond thrilled with the results. The project included the installation of a sum pump, 75 feet of drainage line, drainage mat, insulation, and heavy-duty plastic, and after just a couple of days, the improvements have been remarkable. In the past, my basement was plagued by a stagnant pond-like odor, a constant temperature of 59 degrees, and uncomfortably high humidity. Now, thanks to the encapsulation, the odor is completely gone, the humidity has been cut in half, and even without the subfloor installed, the temperature has noticeably risen. It’s incredible how much of a difference the encapsulation has made already. I first encountered Groundworks at the Home Show in Denver, where their display of encapsulation systems stood out as the best of the show. Their products were clearly superior to the competitors, both in quality and appearance. After receiving multiple bids, all of which were similarly priced, we ultimately chose Groundworks—especially after seeing how they provided honest, straightforward information without using scare tactics to upsell additional products. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional leadership and professionalism of the job foreman, Guillermo Hernandez. From start to finish, Guillermo and his team exceeded my expectations. Guillermo was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. He kept us fully informed at all times, conducting daily walkthroughs to show us the progress and outline the plan for the following day. His communication and dedication to the project were top-notch. Guillermo’s crew—Memo, Lazaro, Ulises, and Diego—were equally impressive. They were all punctual, respectful, and hard-working, giving their best to every aspect of the job. Their attention to detail and insistence on perfection were evident, and their commitment to delivering quality results was remarkable. It was some of the most intense labor I’ve ever witnessed, and I’m grateful for their hard work. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the job done by Groundworks. The encapsulation has already made a huge difference in my basement’s environment, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of this type of work. A few years ago, I had my crawl space enclosed, and my front steps and my side walks raised because they were uneven. I have a clause in my contract for the work to be inspected for five years at no cost. When they inspected in March for 2026, the Ground Works employee noticed the sidewalks were not even and some caulking was peeling away. I was scheduled for repairs of the sidewalk in May, 2026 and was not charged for this work. Way Lay called me in the morning to tell me he would be at my home in the afternoon. Prior to his arrival, Way Lay called to let me know the exact time of his arrival. He was right on time. He informed me of what they would be doing and Lu Chin assisted in the job. Both were very professional and detailed in their work. They worked quickly, but did not miss any details. After the job was done, Way Lay reviewed what he had done and we three looked over the finished project. It was very well done and they cleaned up their work area. They again asked if I had any questions. Both employees were focused and attentive to the task at hand. Thanks for employing such competent and dependable workers.

I live in the Bay Area. You are crazy if you do not call this company. Very professional. They answered immediately (no frustrating phone trees) and set up a free consultation. The technician, Mike, called the day before, then thirty minutes before to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. We walked around my house to discuss the foundation. He then took pictures, did a detailed layout, and then measured every room. He also went into the crawlspace and did the same thing. He even told me that a HVAC duct had fallen and he offered to duct tape it back up. Who does that??? We then spent time going over each of the many photos while he explained his process, and gave me the good news that my foundation was fine. He spent over 90 minutes here, gave some suggestions, and was extremely helpful. 5 stars all around. Great guy and great company. Just think if they spent this much tiime and detail at no cost, I know they would spend the time needed to do any repaiir thoroughlly as welll.

Kenneth (foreman), Junior (co-foreman), and 2nd Junior (installer) were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property throughout the entire project. Kenneth clearly explained how the beams would support the foundation and why they were placed in certain locations. He also asked permission before removing shrubs that interfered with the work and explained how sprinkler lines would be handled and repaired. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the area clean. The work was completed exactly as promised, and I’m very pleased with the results.
