My repair crew consisted of Earle C, David H, Robert T, and Moses I. These young men arrived at the time they said that they would or earlier. Earle was the team lead. Adrian was an absolute rockstar, he came and consulted with us and after taking a look said "That's an easy fix, I'll just take care of it". Just a quick shout out to American Foundation Specialists, Tommy, Jeremy and Dylan for getting our dining room floor and floor joists replaced. We had water damage from Hurricane Katrina in the original portion of our home that was built in 1909. Over the last 20 years, the old wood flooring began to deteriorate. The construction team members from AFS were very professional, and maintained a clean work area. They even identified a small gas leak that had to be dealt with by Spire Energy. Although I've had other technicians in the past, Joshua was extremely thorough in the inspection and maintenance of the current system and the house overall. He took the time to complete a detailed drawing of the house using laser measurements. He detailed all the previous work completed on the house too. He brought to my attention additional items that should be completed which will occur in the near future. Joshua's professionalism, knowledge, communication skills, and personal demeanor were superb! I will be requesting him in the future for all the annual inspections and maintenance requirements for my residence!

I had talked to a few companies before deciding on AFS to address the moisture issue in our basement before finishing it into a family area, The guys called about an hour before arriving to let us know they were on their way, when they arrived Jackson introduced the crew of Mikey and. Chelsea, They explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They worked consistently all day with only a short break, about noon time Jackson asked me if I wanted to see the progress and I was amazed, They continued working past 7 o’clock until they had finished the whole basement, I was so amazed and happy, I would highly recommend AFS for your basement water problems and especially the crew of Jackson, Mikey and Chelsea, they are true hard working professionals with great customer satisfaction skills!

Great experience with these guys on my foundation repairs! Lots of time was spent during every step explaining the process and answering my million questions. The field inspector that originally came out was very thorough and kind and continued to answer all my questions days later. The day of install my driveway was covered in snow and the crew even shoveled it all for me! I had some questions after install and the foreman was very helpful and polite answering all my questions. I also had a call after installation from the production manager who followed up on the work and he was nice enough to come out to inspect and make sure my concerns were addressed before remodeling took place. All the various people I worked with were very professional and kind. Highly recommend!

A1 was very communicative and set up an appointment even while we were still fighting with our insurance. Dispatch kept us well informed on the day of our appointment. This crew was excellent. They built a SKOOKUM new wall under the whole NE quarter of my foundation…. With smiles and top notch skills, my 100 year family farm house is going to keep on going strong. I thought she was coming down, with water and wind coming through my foundation …but, this repair with Groundworks fixed everything, and even got rid of a bunch of creaky floors (which weren’t being supported correctly) I highly recommend getting your project done…it gives you confidence in the security of your home.

They can partner up with lender too if financing is needed. I use to worry about basement leaks – now I can rest easy. Money well spent for peace of mind. Product included three sump pumps one being battery operated when power goes out.

While other inspectors might just take a quick peek, Ryan fully crawled into our tight crawl space to conduct a complete, hands-on assessment with professional graded equipment. He provided a clear picture of our house's structure, taking the time to explain the 'hows and whys' of the repairs, from how pressure was affecting the footings to the specific solutions needed to protect my foundation. I cannot speak highly enough of the field supervisor, Frankie Jasinski. He was extremely responsive to the issues we experienced at our home following the installation. When we called regarding water entering the basement after the install, he came out promptly to assess the situation. Within just a few hours, he had a crew scheduled to come out and make the necessary repairs. After the recent rains, the repair proved successful, and we are happy to report that there is no longer any water entering the basement.

Had a wonderful experience with Peyton and his crew Taylor, Collin, Mario who handled my project in Springfield TN. I needed extra support in my crawl space because my pillars were cracking due to the age of my house (1956) and the floors had bounce. AFS inspected the crawl space and didn’t try to over sell me anything. They were reasonable priced for the amount of supports needed. I’m very happy with the results. They have a lifetime warranty on parts and installation. Can’t beat that.
