My overall experience was a great experience with their team! The man that came to give an estimate was thorough and very nice. The men that came to do the work were nice, thorough, knowledgeable (for the most part), and cleanly for the most part. I liked that they put plastic down from my door all the way to the basement. The only thing I could see, was their having trouble putting my basement window back in, but they did stay until it was back in properly. However, there was a mess where they had to get stuff out of window to get it back in, which I cleaned up after they left. Knowledgeable for most part, because I asked a warranty question and they were unsure because they hadn't done the carbon fiber straps for awhile, but he looked up my answer on the spot. Over all this company and their workers were fabulous!!! I wished i could have had the paperwork in hand instead of via an email because its hard to find where to print it out! They did the job promptly and left. Thanks for all the hard work guys and I would recommend anyone to this company!!

Jalen communicated when he was on the way and when he arrived. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, and provided me with pictures of the work that was done. I need an additional outlet for the condensation pump and once installed, he even offered to come back to complete that installation. He explained that how he set it up, the condensation run to the sub pump. I was impressed with the entire staff and their professionalism.

Dealing with house settling and foundation repair has been a stressful experience; however, Alpha Foundation has felt like a partner along the way and definitely made the process feel smoother. Dean worked with me from the beginning and kept me updated on the process of permitting and scheduling. The team was able to split my repair into 2 parts so that the foam injection could be done ASAP so that I could have my new floors put in; then, once the permits came through, Charles, Tristan, and Alberto were able to come out and knock out the pier install in one day. Everyone I've interacted with at Alpha Foundation has been very professional and made me feel comfortable with my choice of who would perform such a large repair to my home. I already have and will in the future suggest Alpha Foundation to anyone in need of foundation repair.

For years my foundation was slowly settling. My driveway developed cracks so I repaved it. Then my garage floor dropped an inch, developed cracks and distorted my garage door. When my stucco began cracking, I had enough. I researched and got estimates and solutions all across the board but all recommending caissons to bedrock. Honestly, I chose GroundWorks because their plan was the simplest and their price the lowest. Needless to say, the best laid plans . . .Problem after problem arose but Manuel, Emile and Paul kept working and finding solutions. A 2 day job became 4 days. They did not ruxh and methodically overcame every issue and patiently completely fixed my foundation. Other than my wife, this has been the best value for my money.

It's been a major job repairing my failing foundation walls, and I'm very grateful for the 3 teams from Foundation Recovery Systems who stuck with it and got it done! Nicholas Bartone & crew who started the job and made sure I had the system that would be the best fix (and wouldn't break the bank!). Richard Baird & crew who built and drilled and jacked until it was all level and supported again. And Jeremiah & Jake who filled all the new structures with rock-hard foam so nothing moves (and left the place cleaner than it was to start with!). It's a huge relief to have this project done, and although it took longer than expected due to freezing weather and a change in project scope, I would still highly recommend working with this company. Great communication through all stages, no high pressure sales, and detailed explanation about the process throughout.

The crew took their time leveling each section, adjusting the base where needed, and securing the stones so everything sat evenly and firmly in place. The entire project was completed in about a day, and they kept the area tidy throughout the process. Before the repair, the walkway felt a bit unstable in spots and didn’t look very uniform. Now, it feels much safer to walk on and has a more consistent, polished look that blends nicely with the rest of the yard.

I requested a quote to potentially repair my floors and basement. The inspector, Nate Burrow arrived on time and explained the inspection process clearly. He performed a thorough inspection. Unfortunately my house is in too poor condition to undertake repairs because water and termite damage is too extensive. Nate saved me money by letting me know that undertaking repairs would be costly and would probably uncover a continuous chain of other unseen problems. Hi, I am an old customer of Select Basement for many years. This is my incredibly happy and satisfied review on the service call by Kenny M. First the backstory. The alarm went off on my battery backup on Wednesday early evening I called Select several times and no one got back to me. I just wanted to know if this was a serious problem. Considering all the rain we were having that week. This was unusual for Select not to return my call in a timely manner from the great service I had received from Select Basement for many years. I explained to the customer service representatives who took my calls who were very professional and tried to help but to no avail no one called me to answer my question. I received a called back Friday morning to set up an appointment for Monday to look at the alarm on the battery backup to the sump pump. I inquired if our annual maintenance check could be performed at the same time and was told yes. Monday morning Kenny called to say “He was on his way”. My appointment was at 8, he arrived 7:45. This was great because I had a 9:00 virtual business meeting. I explained my frustration with Select Basement and merging with Groundworks. Kenny took the time to explain the system changes and how things work now with Groundworks. Kenny proceeded to look at the battery and said it is working properly now. He asked how long we have had it. I said several years he recommend changing the battery, which he did. Kenny also performed the maintenance of flushing the French drain system to make sure that is still working fine. He took several pictures along the way to validate what he was doing. He addressed the dehumidifier that we have, he adjusted it so it would drain into the nearest little french drain hole. Kenny did a great job. He was careful to address all the issues that he thought needed to be addressed. Kenny was very professional and respectful technician leaving no mess behind. Our water has a lot of iron ore, Kenny cleaned the ore around the pump and also offered a recommendation on how to reduce the ore around the pump. He also explained the difference in the service pricing for the warranty offered. I appreciated Kenny taking the time to explain everything that Groundworks now offers to their customers. I know Select Basement and Groundworks merged only a few months back. However, the most important thing is customer service. If I called on Wednesday night thinking I am having an emergency, I should not have to wait for my call to be returned on Friday morning. I text Jason from Select Basement late that evening since no one got back to me right away . Jason responded right away and put my fears to rest and suggested a few options for the alarm shut off that did not work. He said he would pass the issue to the one of the managers. There has to be better response to customer when several calls are made with not even a touch point call back. Thank God by basement was not flooded. Select would have lost a customer.

Our foreman, Trent Kendrick and his brother-in-law, called ahead on the day of our repair. They immediately got to work, asking if we had any questions or concerns. Our garage floor had sunk and cracked, and we were concerned about it damaging the garage floor even more. It was a little job for them, but they did their absolute best work! Shout out to James Limcaoco, our JES Inspector, who helped us through the process. Please give them all a raise!

Groundworks in Grand Junction has again done a great job for me. Cal and Josh handled the work quite well. They removed my sinking driveway problems, handled an unforeseen problem efficiently, and cleaned up quite nicely. A plus is they were courteous and considerate of me…not required in a job but do pleasant an experience.

Highly recommend AFS Nashville. Jake came for our initial estimate. He took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. He was not in a rush to give us an estimate and leave like the others. We accepted the estimate and the very next day we were placed on the schedule. The team arrived the planned start date and were here 3 days as expected. I cannot brag enough of the courteousness, attention to detail, and hard working men that were our crew. Adam, Selvin and Jesse were the best! Very hard working and Adam even talked to my neighbor about possibility of the equipment in her yard. I highly recommend AFS Nashville and this team. My experience with Ben, Nick and Chris from Alpha foundations was extremely pleasant And informative. These young men worked nonstop to fix the water issue under my house. They explained every step of the way, were so pleasant and mannerly. Not only did they answer my questions, but they smiled and exuded such pleasure in working for Alpha foundations. They love their jobs and it shows. Ben was especially informative by explaining and showing me what they were doing every step of the way. These three are quality young men. Without them, I doubt your business could thrive. These men know they represent the business and they do their best to represent Alpha Foundation in a very positive way.

It was a pleasure to meet with Jason this morning. I gave 5 stars because he was very responsive, very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer my questions and any concerns I have regarding my current drainage system installed by a different company. Blake, Dmarreo, and Jeremy delivered excellent service from start to finish. They were a pleasure to work with – friendly & professional, engaged, knowledgeable, and committed to their work. Initially, they identified issues with the job for us that we were able to resolve, and then completed the work on schedule. The finished work meets the engineer's specifications, the job site was left clean and orderly, and the final walk-through was not rushed but very thorough. The installed product repairs the foundation issue and increases the value of our home.

I took on some water in my mechanical room and I wanted to get the folks at Grroundworks to take a look. I wanted to make sure that mold and mildew weren't having a sex party in my basement. Patrick came out and did a full inspection of the outer foundation of my home and assessed the state of my basement. He was happy to report that I had no issues, however, he still took the time to mitigate my concerns and gave me some tips on how I can continue to keep my house/home in tip top shape. Shape. Nobody wants to hear their home is in deep trouble. But groundworks are the people you should talk to every step of the way because they will do the job right, fix it the first time and make sure stuff like this doesn't happen again. They crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, I'll likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

The level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service he provided was truly impressive. From the moment he arrived, Taylor was punctual, respectful, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure every question I had was answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job the right way and making sure the customer feels confident in the work being done. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and the pride he clearly takes in his work. That kind of dedication is hard to find these days. Aquaguard should be proud to have someone like Taylor representing their company. If you have the chance to work with him, consider yourself lucky. Highly recommend!
