Excellent professional service! We had the sump pump system installed a year ago and today we had our first annual service to ensure everything is still working as it should. We've had no problems with the system so far but decided to get a battery back up and WiFi monitoring added. The price is worth it to us for the added peace of mind. Adrian Ramos had everything in his truck already and was able to complete installation of everything in less than two hours. Super friendly, prepared, and helpful. Excellent work! Thank you Adrian!! The original installation last year was completed with no problems. The guys were on time, very focused and tidy, excellent workmanship, very professional.

We are very happy with the service provided by the entire Groundworks team. Our inspector Nick was thorough and extremely patient with us as we worked through the various water related issues and solutions. We appreciated his knowledge and detailed explanations. On install day we had two fabulous crews that did the work. Franciso, Rene and Carlos replaced our sump pump and had the super tough job of digging the trench for the discharge line. They were on time, professional, courteous and made sure everything was left neat and clean. The concrete lift crew of Manuel and Carlos also did a great job. Everyone did such a good job of communicating expectations and keeping us informed as work progressed. I would highly recommend Groundworks to my friends and neighbors.

I requested a quote from groundworks to insulate a crawl space and during the scheduled visit Codi was very professional, personal and genuine while listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and educating me on the process, materials, and reasons for the drafts, etc. The quote was presented with the photos and videos of the current crawl space and the proposed finished product. This was far more than I expected, and he also explained how they can also help raise the section under the house due to a slope in the floor from an addition. A very knowledgeable visit, I asked a LOT of questions and Codi never appeared rushed! Thank You!

We contracted with Foundation Support Specialists (Groundworks) to repair our 1985 driveway which had several cracks and sections that had sunk or receded by up to 3 inches. Patrick made the inspection and explained very well what they could do to raise the sections and how the project could be financed with a 5 year guarantee. David Sanchez and his partner Karl arrived on the appointed day and began work by drilling holes in the concrete and then injecting polyurethane to raise the driveway sections to be level. They then filled the cracks and joints with a rubber sealant as well as the drill holes. They also leveled the adjoining sidewalk in the same way. David returned in 2 days to adjust one small section of the sidewalk and overlay the sealant with more of the same material and smooth over the sealant so it was level with the driveway surface. Both David and Karl did an excellent job and explained very well what they would do to correct the problems. David also did an excellent job on finishing the sealant on the second day. We highly recommend their professional work and thoughtful aesthetics. We are completely satisfied with the end result. Their supervisor Kazvin also followed up by phone to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Thanks

This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90% We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment.. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. Not only was excellent work done, but it is also warrantied for life . JES will be the only contractor I call going forward for my foundation needs.

We had a great experience with Foundation Recovery Systems from start to finish. Jeremy H did the inspection and was very thorough and listened to all the concerns we had with the foundation. He explained the recommendations and installation process in a way that was very easy to understand and follow. The repairs and installation went very smoothly. The foreman, Gary, and his crew, Luke and James were very professional the entire time. They kept checking in during the process and clearly explained what was going on and what to expect next. They also did a great job cleaning up and making sure everything was good to go before leaving. The communication throughout the whole process was fantastic (during the inspection, setting up the install appointment, and during installation) and we always knew what was going on. Highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems for any foundation issues!

We just bought a house, and literally every single metal pier in the crawlspace was rusted out. Bay Are Underpinning came in and did an awesome job. Their inspector Aaron was super thorough in assessing the damage and explained everything in detail. Then, the repair crew of Eric, Jesus, and Andrew came in and knocked out the entire job in a day — a huge relief considering we had a ton of other work we need to get done before moving in. The work is not cheap, but they offer financing options and stand by their work, so I feel very good about the entire job.

We live in a newer home and our pest control service noticed the crawl space had high humidity. To protect our investment, we decide to encapsulate the crawl space. Christian Distler-Caravetta at JES inspected the crawl and provided a couple options. Upon purchase Christian had the job completed the following week, and in one day. Christian and the team were top notch, exceptional service! Since encapsulating we have noticed the indoor humidity and temperature are significantly less variable and our hardwoods are now unaffected by outdoor humidity changes. Many thanks to Christian! Jacob Letner Came to my house a few months ago when I was trying to get a loan from my house, I had to get the basement fixed first. He came very prepared, very knowledgeable, Super kind and patient. He found me that two of my walls were level Level three one was level two and the other wall was level one. I needed three different quotes for my loan and he took the time to give me three different quotes between doing the most needed walls which would be level four and then doing the two level four walls in level three wall and then all of them will be the third quote. He didn’t have to do that, but I respect and appreciate the fact that he did. And if I had any questions, he was more than happy to explain. And he definitely did that and as much detail as Possible. I unfortunately did not get the loan in time so I no longer live at that house, but I really appreciate the time energy and patience Jacob Letner had. If I ever need any basement fixes or anything, I’m definitely going to the Ohio Basement Authority. I definitely had full trust with them.

Cody came by this morning and did our home inspection for foundation repair and basement waterproofing. He was very professional, thorough, and honest with the inspection. Cody explained why our basement had water coming in and put together a very detailed plan to solve our water and foundation issues. If you are questioning the health of your foundation and/or have water coming in the basement I would highly recommend having foundation recovery systems come inspect your home.

I was skeptical but so glad I did it! We had a sidewalk leading to the pool that had sunk down several inches and was a trip hazzard and it looked bad but FSS lifted it up and it looks great now and no one would even know they were here. They replaced the material between the sections of concrete where it had started to pull away and they matched it to the stamped concrete and looks better then when new. David and Diego explained things and cleaned up afterwards to make sure I knew what they did and that things looked like they found it. They went above and beyond!

From the beginning of this process, Benjamin came to the home and gave me a detailed walk through and inspection. The estimate was fair. He was very friendly and professional through the entire job. I had follow up questions and he answered in no time at all. Cole, Shea, Joel, and Omar did an outstanding job on my basement. They were all professional and left the place so clean and were very informative while they were onsite. Baker's Waterproofing did a great job and their crews were awesome.

During my annual inspection March 27, 2026, it was determined that my property required several jacks to address a settling issue. This discovery led to the need for a professional installation to remedy the problem. On April 15, 2026, I had the pleasure of meeting my installation crew: Shakeen B, Darnell L, and Benard M. They contacted me beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. Upon their arrival, the crew explained in detail what the installation process would entail. Their clear communication ensured I understood each step before the work began. The crew promptly began the job, completing all tasks efficiently. Once the work was finished, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Photos were taken of the completed work, and I was advised that these would be sent to me for my records. Additionally, the crew informed me about the timeline for their return visit to inspect the newly installed jacks. All JES personnel have consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. They keep clients fully informed throughout the process, ensuring transparency about all work being done. Based on my experience, I highly recommend JES to anyone in need of foundation repairs. We had Matthew Dabling come out and give us possibly the most comprehensive quote I have ever received from anyone. He matched the competitions quote and made me feel confident in the decision to choose them. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. He also inspected the foundation and basement and presented us the solution that was best for our situation instead of just selling us a waterproofing solution for the sake of a commission.
